RAWALPINDI, February 5: The Chehlum of Nawasa-e-Rasool Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) and his 72 faithful companions was observed with religious and national spirit, devotion and respect throughout the country Friday who sacrificed for survival of religion and Shariat and to give eternal lease of life to high values of humanity.

Majalis Arbaeen-e-Hussaini were held and Zuljinah, Alam and Tazia processions were taken out in all big or small cities and towns on this occasion.

In Rawalpindi, main Chehlum procession was taken out from Imambargah Col. Maqbool Hussain and Imambargah Hifazat Ali Shah Bohar Bazar. Zuljinah procession taken out from Imambargah Ashiq Hussain Teli Mohallah merged into the main procession. Mourners of Imam Hussain (A.S.) performed Zanjeer-Zani and presented ‘Pursa’ of the Imam Aali Muqam (A.S.) to the Holy Prophet (SAW) on this occasion.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi participated in the procession, offered Ziarat of the taburrakaat and performed Matamdari.

Agha Moosavi answering a question from newsmen on this occasion said that solution to all problems faced by the Muslim Ummah lay in adopting the path of Nawasa-e-Rasool (A.S.) that is commensurate with Mazloomiyyat.

Answering another question regarding Dr. Afia Siddiqui, he said it is an insult for the whole humanity that those who raise slogans for freedom of Kashmir and Palestine could not get a Pakistani daughter released. Seeking justice from America is like appointing a murderer as a judge.

He said today Arbaeen-e-Hussaini is being observed all over the world and Kashmir and Palestine could only get freedom when we adopt the principles of these pious personalities.

He said the Momin (believer) is not afraid of anyone and it should be kept in mind that we are followers of Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) a saying of whom goes: We plunge over death or death plunges over us, we love death that much that not even a infant has with the mother’s milk.

He said the live nations arrange for their security themselves, taking out procession is the basic right of everyone and staging protest is the Sunnah of Rasool (SAAW) and Azadari-e-Hussain is the eternal protest of the oppressed against oppression and brutality and it would continue till the restoration of justice and fair-play.

He said the Day of Solidarity with Kashmir is observed without any spirit and one should keep in mind that Kashmir could only be achieved through Haideri power and Hussaini spirit.

The participants of the procession carried out Zanjeer-Zani and Qama-Zani in Trunk Bazar, Habib Bank Chowk and turned into a big rally after reaching Fawwara Chowk where addressing the participants, Central Secretary Information of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan, Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi said Arbaeen-e-Hussaini is the memory of Aseeran-e-Karbala’s commitment and courage who shattered the Yazidi courts through their visionary and heart-rending addresses despite being chained so as to highlight the objective of Hussainiyyat. He said inheritor of the Hussain’s (A.S.) blood Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) and Sharikatul Hussain Hazrat Syeda Zainab (S.A.) through their khutbaat shattered the Yazidi courts and unveiled the fake Islamic faces of Yazid. Ch. Mushtaq Hussain addressed the gathering on the topic of philosophy of Shahadat.

A resolution presented by the Central MSO President Syed Baqir Hussain Naqvi strongly condemned bomb blasts on the occasion of Chehlum of Syed-us-Shuhada in Karbala & Karachi and said the government has failed in unveiling the culprits of Muzaffarabad incident and Karachi incident and demanded that the real cause behind these incidents of terrorism should be brought forth and real culprits should be given exemplary punishment while innocent people arrested after the Karachi incident should be released forthwith.

The resolution demanded from Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif to get the 1st Safar Azadari procession taken out from Imambargah Sakina Binte Hussain, Rehmanpura, Lahore that was earlier stopped despite a decision in its favour from the High Court.

Another resolution strongly condemned ignoring Maktab-e-Tashayyo in State departments.

Another resolution condemned restrictions on the mosque minarets in Switzerland and restrictions on Hejab in France and other western States.

Another resolution demanding the honourable restoration and reconstruction of Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moalla lamented that had Muslim kept the honour of Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moalla intact then no non-Muslim would have the courage to put the Al-Quds to light and razing the Babri Masjid to ground.

Another resolution criticized that no government personality comes to Azadari processions and said the President, the Prime Minister, the Chief Ministers, Governors and Ministers belong to the whole Pakistan and not to any group, if it is so then they should visit the Azadari processions.

A resolution fully supported all movements for independence including those of Kashmir and Palestine and demanded exodus of occupied forces from Iraq and Afghanistan. The resolution expressed complete solidarity with the Pakistan’s armed forces who are busy in operation to root out terrorism.

The resolution expressed complete faith in the leadership of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi and reiterated resolve to offer any sacrifice for the achievement of pious targets.

Later, participants of the main Chehlum procession performed historic Zanjeer-Zani in Raja Bazar. Zuljinah processions taken out from Imambargah Kashmirian Tyre Bazar and Darbar Shah Chan Chiragh also merged into the main procession at Purana Qila.

The main Chehlum procession terminated at Imambargah Qadeem after passing through Jamia Masjid Road and Imambara Chowk. The participants of Zuljinah processions taken out from Imambargah Yadgar-e-Hussain Satellite Town and Imambargah Baltistania Angatpura performed Zanjeer-Zani at Banni Chowk. Both these processions terminated after reaching Imambargah Qadeem.

Mukhtar Students Organisation installed Markazi Azadari Camp at Fawwara Chowk during the main Chehlum procession where arrangements for Sabeel-e-Hussaini were especially made.

Volunteers of Ibrahim Scouts, Mukhtar Force, Civil Defence, office-bearers of District Azadari Committee of the TNFJ led by Convener Alhaj Ghulam Murtaza Chauhan, officials of the District Administration and a heavy contingent of police remained with the procession throughout.

Failed rulers have no justification to remain in power, TNFJ chief condemns bomb blasts on the bus of Azadaran and Jinnah Hospital Karachi

RAWALPINDI, February 5: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has strongly condemned bomb blasts on the bus of Azadaran and later on the gate of Jinnah Hospital on the occasion of Chehlum Shuhada-e-Karbala in Karachi. Terming the incidents incapability of the government in providing protection to the people he said the failed rulers have no justification to remain in power. In a statement issued from the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashayyo, he said our combined enemy does not desire to see Pakistan prosper and wants to trample the economic jugular vein of Pakistan under a well thought-out conspiracy.

Agha Moosavi said those who target the Ashoora, Chehlum and Milad-un-Nabi processions live in fools’ paradise and they should be aware that we had created Pakistan jointly and will defend it jointly also and no power in world could stop us from doing so. He said anyone who declares terrorism on the occasion of Ashoora and Chehlum of Shuhada-e-Karbala a Maktabi conflict, is not Sunni, Shia, Barelvi, Deobandi, or Ahle Hadees rather agent of the satanic powers. He said till 8th Rabiul Awwal only Gham-e-Hussain is observed therefore priority should be given to Azadari over all other matters. He said we would never allow murdering Azadari even if we all are murdered.

The TNFJ chief said if the government is sincere in restoring peace then as a first step, it should break the network of 26 banned groups throughout the country including Karachi and check these elements who have been allowed by the government and the opposition to operate openly, under the Anti-Terrorism Act. Terrorism could not be rooted out unless the safe abodes of terrorists are destructed, he added. He said today our perpetual enemy is accusing us of Bombay blasts while she is committing naked aggression and terrorism against Pakistan for more that a quarter century. Therefore, the government should raise this issue at the level of United Nations and the ICC, he added.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that we had demanded from the Chief Justice to take suo moto notice of the Ashoora incident and set up an Enquiry Board but not taking any step towards this direction provides food for thought. He said hesitation on the part of government, opposition and judiciary on the Karachi affairs raise a question mark. He said had the real culprits were arrested after setting up the Enquiry Board then the enemy would not have succeeded in carrying out these tragic activities on the occasion of Chehlum. He lamented that all energy is being wasted to overcome each other. He said making appeals to the people to remain peaceful is useless as they are already peaceful. However, the government should control the terrorists and their patrons, he added. He said our enemy is reaping the benefit of political entangling going on in Karachi. If the government, opposition and leaders have love for Islam and Pakistan then they should ponder over saving Pakistan instead of saving themselves, he concluded.

RAWALPINDI, February 4: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that Yazidiyyat, colonialism and Zionism are afraid of Hussainiyyat. This was stated by him in a special message on the occasion of Arbaeen-e-Hussaini (Chehlum of Shuhada-e-Karbala) that is being observed throughout the country on Friday with religious spirit, devotion and respect. He said 20th Safar is the greatest day of those who kissed Shahadat in way of Allah in Karbala and the great sacrifices of Nawasa-e-Rasool (A.S.) and his 72 diehard near and dear ones. He said the Shuhada-e-Karbala not only led the supporters of freedom and human rights to the right path but also created example for those freedom fighters who are struggling in Kashmir, Palestine, Lebanon, Iraq, Afghanistan and elsewhere. That right path is the one that leads to rooting out Taghooti forces, and Zionist and colonial oppression and get them rid of for ever by fluttering the flag of justice and fair-play high and saving the whole humanity.

Agha Moosavi said Hazrat Zainab Binte Ali (S.A.) and Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) fulfilled their responsibilities in a manner that has made the Karbala incident a memorable event, diverted the history and rooted out tyranny and Yazidiyyat. He said Hazrat Zainab Binte Ali (S.A.) by delivering khutba in the court of Yazid warned that Yazid, you are under the impression that you have closed the earth and the sky on us, made us prisoners, made us wander city after city and you are thinking that you have become near to Allah, and you have become proud and walks in proudness and go out of control on watching your government and its affairs. Hazrat Zainab (S.A.) concluded her khutba on these words: By God, you cannot pull out us from hearts, cannot wipe out Wahi and Ilhaam, cannot reach our status, and cannot wash out the spot of oppression and brutality that has been affixed on you. No word of your could be trusted, time of your rule is short, soon you and your supporters will be humiliated. At this point, when Yazid saw that feelings of those in the court are being changed, he ordered to take the Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.) back in the gaol.

The TNFJ chief said that the khutba of Hazrat Zainab (S.A.) created revolution. The cries of Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.) echoed in the city of Shaam and the people of Shaam also started crying. Women of Yazid and Aal-e-Sufyaan threw out their ornaments and took up mourning dress. Yazid freed the Ahle Haram and sent them to Madina. When Hazrat Zainab reached Karbala on 20th Safar along with Aseeran-e-Karbala she let her fall on Hussain’s (A.S.) grave and cried so profusely that she became unconscious.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi presenting condolences to the supporters of oppressed people, religion and Shariat; mourners and Azadars; and the followers of Zainab (S.A.) and Zainul Abideen (A.S.) resolved not to forget the greatest sacrifices of the Shuhada-e-Karbala and Aseeran Ahle Haram. He said Azadari of Imam Mazloom (A.S.) is the live example which we perform as a duty and a responsibility and will let anybody cause any harm to it.

Ensure fool-proof security on Chehlum of Shuhada-e-Karbala, Azadari cells demands government

ISLAMABAD, February 3: Syed Shujaat Ali Bokhari, Convener, Markazi Muharram Committee Azadari Cell, Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan has demanded from the government to ensure fool-proof security during Matmi processions on the occasion of Chehlum of Shuhada-e-Karbala throughout the country similar to the Ashoora while media should give full coverage to the country-wide procession on Chehlum.

This was stated by him while addressing a Press Conference at National Press Club Islamabad. He was accompanied by Syed Bu Ali Mehdi, Maj. (Retd) Baqir Bokhari, Allama Basharat Imami, Allama Guftar Sadiqi and others. He said Islam preaches peace, tranquillity, unity and brotherhood and condemns all types of aggression and biases. He said bias means supporting the oppression and brutality of your own men. Islam considers those its enemies who promote biases and those who support the same while it always supports the oppressed, he added.

Syed Shujaat Ali Bokhari said that Chehlum of Mazloom Nawasa-e-Rasool Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) is being observed from today till 20th Safar Al-Muzaffar throughout the country without any discrimination and with honour and respect because Hussain (A.S.) belongs to all and everyone belongs to Hussain (A.S.). He said Muharramul Haram passed peacefully with some exceptions throughout the country. He said some incidents took place in Muzaffarabad, Azad Kashmir on 9th Muharram and in Karachi on Youm-e-Ashoora. The attack on Ashoora procession was attack on Pakistan and was the work of those elements who see Pakistan as a mole in their eyes, he said adding that we, however, are busy in Chehlum of Shuhada-e-Karbala Arbaeen-e-Hussain and till 8th Rabiul Awwal the situation would remain the same. He said Pakistan is very dear to them as it carries Nazria-e-Asaasi Islam. He said the government should have rooted out terrorism with an iron hand but she failed to unveil the culprits of Muzaffarabad and Ashoora incidents. Therefore, he said, we strongly demand from the powers that be to follow the demand of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi to unveil the conspiracy behind these incidents and give exemplary punishment to the real culprits while the affected people of Karachi incident should be given compensation by following the norms of justice and fair-play. He said those who are creating hurdles in unveiling the elements behind these incidents should be unveil while innocent people arrested after the Karachi incident should be released forthwith. He also called upon the government to take strict notice of target killings in Karachi.

Syed Shujaat Bokhari demanded from the Punjab Government to implement and decision of the High Court and get the 1st Safar procession out with honour and respect from Imambargah Sakina Binte Al-Hussain, Rehmanpura, Lahore. He appealed all patriotic countrymen to organize Majalis-e-Aza and take out Azadari processions in peace by following the Code of Azadari announced by the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi and do not lend ear to any rumour but give priority to Azadari over all other matters. He said the government should avoid creating fear and harassment rather the Administration should be directed to keep in contact with the TNFJ Markazi Muharram Committee Azadari Cell so as to protect the motherland from international and external conspiracies.

Commenting on the promotion of ‘Aman ki Asha’ he said the government should make it clear on India to stop interference in Pakistan, resolve water issue, understand Kashmir issue and respect the United Nations Resolutions keeping the desire of Kashmiris. He said Pakistan should lodge protest against those States whose agencies are active in Pakistan while the foreigners residing in Pakistan illegally should be sent back to their respective countries. He said the organizations working with different names should be driven out while banned organizations should be stopped from working with new names. Media should discourage these elements while the government and the opposition should get themselves rid of them with courage. He said purification of the Administration was also the need of the hour but it should be done by fulfilling the norms of justice and fair-play, drone attacks should be stopped and the government should get rid of the colonial chief.

Syed Shujaat Ali Bokhari made it clear that rooting out terrorism was their foremost goal and following the spirit of Hussainiyyat practically to condemn biases is the need of the hour. He said on the occasion of Arbaeen-e-Hussaini it is out obligation to prove ourselves true Muslim through our character and deeds and tell the international colonial powers and their agents that they cannot create rift amongst because the whole nation would thwart their conspiracies and proof itself a concrete wall against them.
