He stated this while announcing to observe “Hafta Aseeran-e-Karbala” from 11-17 Safar-ul-Muzaffar. He said talking about the Khasan-e-Khuda is to keep them in memories and express love and devotion with them, giving importance to the religious, Shariah, spiritual, Tauheed, Risalat, Nabuwwat and Wilayat views and give them supremacy, therefore, it is obligatory for everyone to follow these holy personalities so as to make their relationship with Allah strong. He said these relationships remind the human beings of their good deeds, high values and good teachings for which Bandgan-e-Illahi had been sacrificing their life, wealth and even offspring besides going through the ordeal of detention. RAWALPINDI, February 17: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi while strongly condemning attacks on election office in Parachinar and Media Centre of the army has said that this heinous activity is aimed at sabotaging elections, and destabilising the country by creating anarchy, and it is tantamount to creating hurdles in way of democratic process and strengthening the enemy forces. In a statement issued here he expressed heartfelt sympathy with the bereaved families and for early recovery of the injured.
Agha Moosavi said those powers are behind these incidents who consider strengthened and stable Pakistan as a mole in their eyes and who are actively following the interests of the international Taghoot. He said every humanity-loving person condemns this open act of terrorism and it is binding on us all that we should avoid giving protest and strike calls, blaming or pushing others and utilising all our energy on overcoming others in this critical situation. The religion also does not allow such activities, he added.
The TNFJ chief made it clear that we would have to ensure peaceful and transparent elections come what may, if we love motherland, desire restoration of democracy, and increase the status and honour of Pakistan. He said chief of the international colonial powers and her agents desire to blame us and target the motherland just to achieve their vested interests. It is necessary to thwart their designs so as to prove that no power on earth could create any differences amongst us.
The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi reiterated his resolve that everything could be sacrificed for the honour and dignity of the motherland but we will not allow anyone to cause any harm to it. Strongly condemning the publication of blasphemous images in Denmark and arrest of the protestors, he said lodging protest is their basic right. He called upon the Danish government to immediately free all those arrested and take immediate action against the newspapers who have published blasphemous material.
RAWALPINDI, February 15: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that Khasan-e-Khuda confronted the tyrant rulers and oppressors in every era and kept the flag of religion and Shariat high and utilised all their energy for the protection and promotion of Godly principles, and high religious values so as to prove that truth is to stay.
He stated this while delivering his special address on the topic of ‘Noor’ on Friday.
He said Hazrat Imam Moosa Kazim (A.S.) is that great personality who was brought up under the shadow of his parents and achieved great deeds, wisdom, and knowledge, that is why he was ready to accept the responsibilities entrusted to him by Allah.
He made it clear that the live nations always remember their heroes, that is why remembering the Zaat-e-Qudsia has been given utmost importance in Kalam-e-Ilahi, which indicates that keeping these days in mind is the most important responsibility of the Allah’s representatives that objective of which is to apprise the world of humanity about their deeds.
Agha Moosavi said that Ma’az has quoted the Paighambar-e-Islam (SAAW) as saying that talking about and remembering prophets is worship, keeping in mind pious people is Kuffarah (compensation) of sins, remembering death is Sadqah, and remembering Anbia and Swaleheen in line with Allah’s desire is greatest worship, the more it is organised the more valuable and capable of Sawaab would be because their remembrance is actually the best source of recognising the truthfulness.
He said these are the personalities who spent their life in guiding the human beings and kept on struggling for dissemination of Kalma-e-Tauheed that is why the whole humanity depends on them to learn and understand the Ma’araf-e-Illahi. The correct judgement about one’s personality could be made through his thoughts, feelings, wisdom and capability while there would no lapse in the feelings and thoughts of the holy personalities, he added.
The TNFJ chief said that Hazrat Moosa Ibne Jaffar (A.S.) was the inheritor of all these thoughts and ideologies that had been left behind by his forefathers i.e. Rasool (SAAW), Ali (A.S.) and Batool (S.A.).
He said the era of Hazrat Imam Kazim (A.S.) was replete with firm decision-making, commitment, courage, bravery, and sacrifice against all problems and difficulties. He bore remaining in detention but did not accept any restriction on religion and Shariat. His worship, dignity and Sajdah (prostration) in different gaols astonished the oppressed world.
He said conspiracies were hatched against the Khasan-e-Khuda in every era so as to defame them which are still going on.
He lamented that the Islamic World kept quite on the blasphemous remarks by an Austrian woman politician and publishing of images of the Holy Prophet (SAAW) by different newspapers on Denmark. The only solution to all these conspiracies and mischief is that the Muslim rulers should utilise all their energy for restoration of justice and fair-play in their respective States and do not lack in giving the due rights of the people.
The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi while thanking the Shaikh-ul-Jamia Al-Azhar Egypt Mufti Dr Muhammad Tantavi for opening the doors for admission to the Shia students and appealed him to play his role in giving the rights of all citizens of Egypt.
Similarly, he said other Muslim States should also display their large-heartedness in giving the rights of all citizens fulfilling the norms of justice and fair-play so that we can force the allied forces to exit from Afghanistan and Iraq and could thwart the colonial tactics against the struggle of independence for Kashmir, Palestine and Al-Quds Ash-Sharif.
ISLAMABAD, February 14: The TNFJ Political Cell has announced that the people belonging to Maktab-e-Tashayyo should use their right to vote as the Grade-I citizens of Pakistan.
This was stated by Chairman Zulfiqar Ali Raja while addressing a Press conference at Press Club Rawalpindi-Islamabad Camp Office along with Additional Secretary General of Tehreek and Prof. Ghulam Abbas Haideri, Secretary General of the Political Cell here on Thursday. Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi Central Spokesman of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan and Allama Basharat Hussaini Imami District President Islamabad were also present on the occasion.
Zulfiqar Ali Raja explaining the Election Policy said that the Ahl-e-Tashayyo should vote to those candidates and parties who are laced with commitment of restoration of justice and fair-play and rooting out oppression and brutality; are protectors and supporters of Musawwar-e-Pakistan, Founder of Pakistan and the Nazria-e-Asaasi; are symbols of Federation and guarantors of the rights of all the provinces; avoid biases, are protectors of the rights of all schools of thought including the minorities, and are followers of the Constitution and the Legislation; and are used to support the oppressed and have-nots and practically express their hatred against oppression and brutality.
Answering a question, he said those personalities who have given commitment to the candidates of National and Provincial Assemblies in the personal are collective capacity, should fulfil their promises. Giving a reference of an historic occasion about fulfilment of commitment, he said when two persons reached before the Holy Prophet (SAAW) after being released by Kuffar-e-Makkah and sought permission for jehad, the Holy Prophet (SAAW) asked did you make any promise with Kuffar? They said we were released on the condition not to participate in jehad with you. On this, the Holy Prophet (SAAW) said you cannot participate in jehad then. They said this commitment was with Kuffar but the Holy Prophet (SAAW) said that it is necessary to keep the promise.
When asked which party fulfils the qualities stated by the TNFJ’s policy, Syed Shujaat Bokhari said at present the people are most sensible than politicians and they know better what to do. He made it clear that people who opposed Pakistan Ideology are not included in them but those people should be voted who are oppressed and support the oppressed, while identifying such parties and candidates is the job of the people. To another question, he said TNFJ Political Cell has always given an honourable policy on the occasion of all elections in the past and these policies always remained successful. Those who participate in election on Maktabi basis would feel embarrassed on the policy being given during these elections, he added. He said we desire to see Pakistan Ideology reign supreme.
Zulfiqar Ali Raja said that survival, development, integrity, and political stability are commensurate with the national unity of any State. Our religion is Islam and it has showered our State with golden principles for political stability, unity and brotherhood, he said adding that mutual consultation and democracy have been termed most important for one of these elements i.e. political stability of the country on which Surah-e-Shoora also stands witness. He said the objective of democracy is to run the State affairs in line with the religion and Shariah, brining stability to the motherland, and finding such a viable solution for internal and external issues in which the country, its people and the basic ideology of the country remain intact and all internal and external conspiracies and mischief could be tackled with amicably.
The TNFJ Political Cell chief said that at present we are surrounded by the international colonial powers from all around because they are afraid of Islam and, therefore, using all tactics to defame Muslims by giving hateful names to them. The South Asia region has been given independence but the enemy could not digest creation of Pakistan, therefore, they had left their inheritors behind in the shape different groups that had always been a biggest hurdle in way of Pakistan’s consolidation, development and stability, he added. These are the people, he said, who always considered religion and Shariat as the personal matter of the individual despite being known that all world systems have lost their attraction and only Islam is blessed with the singular honour of being capable of resolving all problems. On this basis, a particular group not only opposed the Pakistan Movement openly rather they declared the struggle to achieve it as ‘Kufr’ but as Pakistan had to come into existence, it was created and by the Grace of God is an atomic power now, he added.
Zulfiqar Ali Raja said that we have always considered politics as subservient to religion and Shariat and it is so because Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya is purely a religious organisation and as per a saying of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, electoral politics on the basis of Maktab and sect is poisonous for the nation and the country and, moreover, no particular Maktab or Maslak but Islam is the official religion of the motherland. Therefore, he added, it is utmost important that one should not participate in electoral politics in the name of Maktab. If this ‘Amanat’ is encroached upon in any way then the leadership of the nation and the country could land into wrong hands, therefore, he added, fulfilling their national responsibilities they should vote in the February 18, 2008 general elections, along with other citizens of the country.
RAWALPINDI, February 11: Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate, senior leader of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan and renowned lawyer has said that national unity was the need of the hour for a bright future of the Islamic World and for the integrity and solidarity of Pakistan.
He stated this while giving his presidential address at the concluding session of the Central Cabinet meeting of the Tehreek.
Important national and organisational matters were discussed during the meeting in the light of reports presented by heads of central and subordinate bodies. He said Kufr is a millat that in united while Muslims being the Ummat-e-Wahida is divided. He made it clear that Muslims are brethren with each other. He said Islam preaches peace and tranquillity and desires welfare of the whole humanity.
He said we should analyse whether we keep the same spirit about each other. He said not only everyone rather every party was busy in finding defect and accusing others and the situation has reached to the extent that Muslim is killing the Muslim. He said we complain to others today despite the fact that there is a saying of Maula Ali (A.S.) that the disease is from you and the treatment is also with you. He said if we desire the oneness of the Islamic World and the unity of the Millat then we would have to condemn all types of biases and come out from the clutches of countries and Masalik and would have to work for the supremacy of Pakistan and humanity by becoming united.
Syed Mazhar Ali Shah said that the TNFJ objective is to work for the welfare of the human being to whichever region he belongs and to present Islam in a manner that it is based on justice and fair-play. He said Islam did not commit aggression rather it fell victim to aggression. He said Pakistan is the target of terrorism and we desire to make it clear on the whole world that the enemies will not succeed in achieving their nefarious designs. He reiterated his resolve that no power on earth could create differences amongst them therefore if the people value Pakistan and keep love for it then they should provide its proof by adopting the policy of mutual understanding and by giving priority to the country’s interests over all other matters by respecting the rights of everyone on the basis of equality.
The TNFJ leader said the future of the Islamic World rather that of motherland Pakistan is bright, therefore, we should utilize all our energy in achieving Islamic identity and unity of the world for which we would have to follow the Islamic commandments, give up Munkiraat, condemn all types of differences and anarchy, and give priority to the interests of Islam and Pakistan over all other matters which could only be possible if all countries including Pakistan fulfil the norms and justice, respect the right of everyone on the basis of equality. He said Pakistan is an Islamic State, therefore, all interests of all schools of thought should be taken care of on the basis of equality. In this connection, he said, May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi agreement should be implemented in letter and spirit and the Maktab-e-Tashayyo should be given representation in all State departments on the basis of equality.
The TNFJ leader said that at present the satanic world was using all tactics to flare up the feelings of Muslims. He however lamented that no one except Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya condemned the blasphemous remarks of Austrian woman politician Sussane Winter a few days ago and the situation has reached to the extent that the Online Encyclopaedia Wikipedia has refused to remove the picture and graphics of Holy Prophet (PBUH). Where have the OIC and Arab League gone? What happened to their honour? Why the Muslim Ummah has kept a criminal quiet on this oppression and brutality? He asked.
A resolution unanimously adopted on the occasion welcomed the launching of reconstruction of holy shrines in Samarra after the gap of two years and demanded from the brotherly country of Saudi Arabia to restore the dignity of Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moalla by reconstructing the same.
Another resolution strongly condemned the continued oppression and brutality going on in Kashmir, Palestine, Iraq and Afghanistan.
Another resolution said that the historic University of Egypt i.e. Jamia Al-Azhar came into being in the era of Shia Fatimi and it was given the name of Al-Azhar after the Dukhtar-e-Rasool (S.A.). He disclosed that doors of this University were closed on the students of Maktab-e-Jaffar Ibne Muhammad (A.S.) and now the present Vice-Chancellor Shaikh Muhammad Tantawi has opened the doors of this University for the students of Maktab-e-Tashayyo which is laudable.
The resolution also called upon other States not only to accept all schools of thought rather give them their rights on the basis of equality so as to increase unity and to thwart every conspiracy of the enemies of humanity.
Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya addresses to preliminary session of TNFJ meeting: It is necessary to make Pakistan “Amnistan” to make elections transparent; those who give terrorism Maktabi conflict are colonial agents; Charsadda incident condemnable
RAWALPINDI, February 10: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that it is necessary to make Pakistan “Amnistan” (a hub of peace) so as to make the general elections transparent because, he added, at present the people are frightened and how can they vote if they would hesitate in coming out from their home.
He stated this while addressing the opening session of an important meeting of central office-bearers of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan and heads of its subordinate bodies.
He said the target of all dramas staged after the 9/11 incident was Pakistan, therefore, increasing its honour and dignity is not the responsibility of any party, Maktab, government and the opposition but that of all. If the Pakistani nation considers it the greatest home then everybody is under the obligation to defend this home, he added.
Agha Moosavi said resident of any home does not gherao his own home and in this critical situation, the benefit of jalao-gherao, strikes, and calls leading to anarchy goes to those who had staged the 9/11 drama. Following such path would be extremely dangerous for the motherland, he added. He called upon the government and the opposition to adopt the policy of mutual understanding.
