RAWALPINDI, September 04: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has declared the attack of allied forces at Angoor Addah in South Waziristan an open act of aggression and danger siren against Pakistan’s survival and integrity. On the other hand he condemned firing on the motorcade of Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gillani saying that this condemnable act against Pakistan Government is a big question mark and is tantamount to a challenge posed to our honour and dignity by our combined enemy.
In a statement issued from the Markaz-e-Tashayyo, he said simply summoning the American Ambassador to the Foreign Office is not enough on this open violation of the frontiers and the government should take up this issue at the United Nations and make it clear that super power is vested only in Almighty Allah who controls life and death and a Momin fights even without a weapon while such attacks could not divert us from the right path.
He said firing by the allied forces indicate that there are weaknesses within us which need to be removed. Pakistan is being punished being a Muslim and atomic power. He called upon all patriotic sections of society, Masalik and States to condemn such aggression while government should not follow any delaying tactics in this connection.
Agha Moosavi posed a question to America and her allies that whether they would allow such intervention and permission to kill their citizens. If no, then like America keeps her citizens valuable likewise Pakistan is dearest for us all.
He said issues are not resolved by killings rather through mutual understanding and exercising wisdom. He said when our areas and rulers are not safe then what would happen to the country and its people. He said had the government taken strong steps after Dera Ismail Khan incident, gory murder of Deputy Secretary General TNFJ Sardar Mumtaz Ali Qazilbash in Peshawar, and Wah Cantt. blasts then America and her allies would not have the courage to penetrate in our frontiers and carry out any attack. He said the time has come when all sections of society and parties should give up their mutual differences and prove to the enemies of religion and motherland that they cannot create differences amongst us come what may.
He said Pakistan came into being to survive and will remain so as no power on earth could cause any harm to it. He called upon the powers that be to adopt courageous policy to make country’s defence and integrity inscalable.
The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi appealed the Aaimma Masajid all over the country to raise voice of protest in their Friday sermons against the attack of allied forces at Angoor Addah while all countrymen should bow down before Almighty Allah and pray for country’s survival and solidarity courtesy the blessings of this fasting month.
ISLAMABAD, September 01: The Istaqbal-e-Ramazan programmes announced by Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi concluded on Monday. Conferences, seminars and other functions were organised in mosques, Imambargahs and Madaris of all small and big towns, villages, and cities of the country. Incidents of terrorism in Dera Ismail Khan, Kurram Agency Parachinar, Wah Cantt, and gory murder of Deputy Secretary General TNFJ Sardar Mumtaz Ali Qazilbash were strongly condemned during these programmes while protest demonstrations were also organised. Allama Basharat Hussain Imami, Convener of the TNFJ’s Central Ayyam Istaqbal-e-Ramazan Committee addressing a seminar at Jamia Wali Al-Asr Tarlai Kalan said it is the holy month the days and nights and even every moment of it are considered the best and during which standing up, sitting, sleeping, waking and even taking breath are considered worship. That is why, he added, first Ashra of this month is called Rehmat, second Maghfirat and third is called Sa’adat. He said the United Nations is the only representative of the whole world but owing to its slackness and double standards, the whole world of the humanity is confronted with oppression, suppression and brutality. Whether it is Kashmir, Palestine, Afghanistan or Iraq, the chief of the international colonial powers was playing ‘holi’ with the blood of Muslims but the United Nations was doing nothing except giving a lip-service, he added.
A resolution adopted on the occasion the correct welcome to this holy month is that we should express hatred against the oppressors and support the oppressed. The resolution strongly condemned the oppression going on the oppressed world in Palestine, Kashmir, Iraq and Afghanistan and demanded from the international organisations including the United Nations to play their important role in resolving these issues so as to turn the world into a hub of peace. Another resolution expressed concern over the terrorism throughout the world, particularly in the motherland Pakistan saying that it has become the order of the day and no city is safe from it, while hundreds of people have become victims to it. The resolution strongly demanded from the government to ensure effective implementation of Anti-Terrorism Act so as to root out terrorism but for this it is obligatory for the government, the opposition and the electronic and print media rather all sections of society to express hatred against the banned groups as in it lay welfare of all and honour and dignity of the motherland. The resolution lamented that on one hand the government calls upon the media not to present terrorists as heroes while she herself makes them and their patrons with them. The resolution made it clear that peace cannot be restored through begging but by fulfilling the norms and justice and fair-play. The resolution warned the government to give up her attitude of pushing the Shian-e-Haider Karrar with the wall because Pakistan was the fruit of joint efforts of all and attack on any citizen is an attack on the whole Pakistan.
Another resolution said that sometimes the government profusely condoles in some incidents and announces huge monetary help but if any poor fells victim then their attitude become indifferent which indicates that the rulers themselves desire to spread anarchy. The resolution demanded from the government to set up a high level Tribunal to probe all incidents of terrorism, compensation should be paid to all affected families, while the culprits should be arrested forthwith and given exemplary punishment. The resolution made it clear that all citizens of Pakistan are equal but it is tragic that the government and her advisers take care of those who use strong language and this dual standard rule is not in favour of Pakistan.
Meanwhile, Istaqbal-e-Ramazan gatherings were also organised at Danishgah-e-Jafariya, Madrassah Imam Musa Kazim, Jamia Shah-e-Najaf, Jamia Al-Momineen, Jamia Al-Masheer and other places.
RAWALPINDI, August 30: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has announced to observe two-day Ayyam Istaqbal-e-Ramazan Al-Mubarik on August 31 and September 1 i.e. Sunday and Monday. In a special message issued from the Markaz-e-Tashih TNFJ he said the month of fasting is an invaluable collection of Nazool-e-Quran, blessing, forgiveness, worship, Zuhd-o-Taqwah and rewards from Allah. He said Momineen and Muslimeen wait for this holy month for 11 months.
He said fasting is an important element of Islam about which Allah Says: “Oh, people in Iman! There is a commandment for you to keep fast like there was a commandment for people before you so that you become pious”. He said Ramazan is derived from ‘Ramz’ i.e. the hottest earth. He said when fasting became binding first time it was very hot that is why that month was called Ramazan. Moreover, this month burns all sins like the sunshine burns the liquids.
Agha Moosavi said this month dominates over all month because there is a saying of the Khatmi Martabat (SAAW) that Allah’s month is forwarding towards you along with His blessings, it is the month that is superior to other months before Allah. All days and nights and moments are superior to all days, nights and moments. He said in the Istaqbal-e-Ramazan, Dua of Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) goes: All praise for Allah Who gave us guidance and made us capable of that so that we enter amongst them who thank Him for His blessings and on this He can award us like good characters. All praise for Allah Who blessed us with His religion and honoured us with His Millat and posted us on the paths of blessings so that we can keep to His desires with the help of His blessings, a praise that He may accept from us and through which He becomes satisfied with us. The third and forth sentence of this dua is: All praise for Allah who declared His month a path of good for us and that is the month of Ramazan. This month is the month of fasting and Qayam in nights in which He sent Quran and declared it guidance, blessing, and an open sign to differentiate between the righteousness and evil; declared this month superior than other month through honours and famous blessings; declared those things in this month Haram that were Halal in other months in its honour and respect. Restricted eating and drinking in its days and set out a declared time for the same and there is no permission to violate these timings.
The 18th sentence of this dua is: Oh, Allah! When keeping us alive, keep our days and nights in the months and days in a similar fashion, declares us from the pious men who are inheritors of Your heaven and will reside there for ever, spend what You have given to them in Your way, their hearts shatter with Your fear thinking that they have to reach in Your Bargah, declare from amongst those people who take lead in doing good. Allah, keeping your blessings on Muhammad (SAAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) in every moment in any situation, like You shower Your blessings on any of Your men, multiply it to the extent that it becomes uncountable; and You do what You decided.
The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi appealed all Islamiyan-e-Pakistan to practically display being sincere men of Allah by observing Ayyam Istaqbal-e-Ramazan. He said this year, Ramazan is approaching at a time when it is darkness all over; incidents of murder and arson are the order of the day in Kashmir, Palestine, Afghanistan and Iraq; terrorism is on its height in the motherland Pakistan which is being punished for following Nazria-e-Asaasi Islam and becoming an atomic power; incidents after incidents are being reported; in other words, the whole country is bleeding. In these circumstances, he said, we would express our hatred against the world of oppression and brutality and condemn it and by seeking forgiveness for our sins and mistakes should declared that we follow one Allah, one Nabi, one Qibla and no satanic force could create any difference amongst us. He said during this month, we should reiterate our resolve to cooperate with each other and pray for Pakistan’s solidarity, development; supremacy of the Islamic World; and dignity, survival and integrity of the humanity.
Meanwhile, TNFJ Central Committee has been formed to organise Ayyam Istaqbal-e-Ramazan. Allama Basharat Hussain Imami has been nominated Convener while Prof. Ghulam Abbas Haideri will be the Secretary of this Committee.
RAWALPINDI, August 29: The death anniversary of former chief of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Allama Mufti Jafar Hussain was observed on Friday with national spirit. Quran Khwani and Majalis-e-Tarheem were organised throughout the country on this occasion.
Condolence programmes were also held in the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Khutaba in their Friday sermons highlighted the philosophy of death and life.
Central Convener Allama Abul Hassan Taqi addressing a Majlis-e-Tarheem organised by TNFJ Regional Council Rawalpindi paid homage to the services of Late Mufti Jafar Hussain. He said Mufti Jafar struggled throughout his life for achievement of rights for the Maktab-e-Tashayyo. He said when a tyrant ruler announced to turn Pakistan into a Maktabi State, the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya thwarted this heinous conspiracy by taking over the Islamabad Secretariat.
He said when a conspiracy was hatched to restrict Milad-un-Nabi and Azadari processions through an amendment in Article 30(3) of the Police Act, the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi led a ‘Dharna’ at Fawwara Chowk Rawalpindi on Youm-e-Ashoor in 1984 and challenged the dictator that they would not only reject any restriction on Milad-un-Nabi and Azadari processions rather he led an 8-month long agitation against it during which he and his minor children also courted arrest. Almost more than 14,000 volunteers courted arrest without any discrimination on the basis on any Maslak or sect which led to bowing down of the tyrant ruler resulting in May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi agreement under which Milad-un-Nabi and Azadari processions were exempted from the amendment. He said the successful agitation on July 6, 1980 and the May 21, 1985 agreement guarantee Shia rights and Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan is the only representative organisation of the Maktab-e-Tashayyo. He reiterated the resolve that practical struggle will continue to make Pakistan a welfare Islamic State keeping to the desires of Quaid-i-Azam and Nazria-e-Asaasi.
A resolution presented by Allama Fakhar Abbas Abidi made it clear that Islam is that great a religion that has been termed the foundation and Asaas of Pakistan, while Islam is the official religion of Pakistan under the Article 2 of the Constitution. The resolution said that Islam preaches equality, love, justice and fair-play and guarantees protection to human rights. The resolution demanded from the government to fulfil the norms of justice and fair-play, ensure the rights and protection of all countrymen, do not consider anyone a second grade citizen and recognised Maktab should be considered ideological citizens on the basis of equality in all State departments. The resolution said that Sunnis and Shias are two strong arms of Islam and if dealt with justice and fair-play would increase the strength of Pakistan and the Islamic World.
Another resolution expressing concern over publication of blasphemous images in Indian daily “Hindustan” considered it an insult to the Islamic World as well as to the world religions. The resolution demanded from the ICC and the United Nations to take suo moto notice of this condemnable act and asked the government to lodge a strong protest over it because it is considered real terrorism that is aimed at hurting the feelings of the nations and religions of the world and to wipe them out by declaring fundamentalists. The resolution resolved to follow any line of action given by the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi to sacrifice anything for the religion and the motherland. Yet another resolution expressed grave concern over the heavy loss of life in the incident of murder of TNFJ Deputy Secretary General Sardar Mumtaz Hussain Qazilbash, and blasts at Wah Cantt., Dera Ismail Khan, and Sihala Road Islamabad and demanded from the government to ensure effective implementation of the Anti-Terrorism Act and take notice of the activities of the banned groups with new names.
Meanwhile, according to reports reaching the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashayyo, Majalis-e-Tarheem and condolence programmes were also organised in Karachi, Lahore, Quetta, Peshawar, Muzaffarabad, Skardu, Gujrat, Sialkot, Faisalabad, Jhang, Pindi Gheb, Dharnal, Multan, Dera Ghazi Khan and other cities to mark the death anniversary of Allama Mufti Jafar Hussain.
RAWALPINDI, August 28: The death anniversary of former chief of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Allama Mufti Jafar Hussain will be observed on Friday, August 29 with national spirit. All necessary arrangements in this connection have been finalised. Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate, Secretary General of the Tehreek addressing the Convener Allama Abul Hassan Taqi, Secretary Allama Fakhar Abbas Abidi of the Committee formed in connection with the death anniversary and other office-bearers said that there is a saying of Maula-e-Kainaat Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) that goes: Keep contact with people in a manner that they remain fond of meeting you when you are alive and shed tears on you when you leave this world. He said Allama Mufti Jafar Hussain was such a personality who authored and translated many books and who performed his duty of achieving rights of the Maktab-e-Tashayyo with sincerity of purpose and he has the honour that he did not bow down before the Zia’s tyranny rather got the rights of the Maktab-e-Tashayyo accepted by him.
Mazhar Ali Shah said that Mufti Jafar Hussain had been member of the Islamic Council of Ideology and Advisory Council, was included in the 31 ulema who set out 22 points. Therefore, he added, Gen. Ziaul Haq accepted the Shia rights through a Press Note. He said, it is a separate issue that later he staged a drama of controversial Private Shariat Bill in the Senate which was rejected by Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi by saying that there is no need of any Shariat Bill in the presence of 1973 Constitution. He said presence of Pakistan owes to the efforts of all schools of thought. He said the atheist forces desire to create Maktabi conflict by promoting biases but we have proved through our deeds that there is no Maktabi conflict in Pakistan. He said what is we reaping today in the shape of terrorism was sowed by the absolute tyrant ruler Gen. Zia. He said that the basic objective of the satanic forces is to shatter peace of the country. He said at present continuous efforts are being made, under a well thought-out plan because the colonial powers desire to achieve their monopoly and in this effort, they are playing their game in Sarhad province including tribal areas and Kurram Agency. Ongoing military operation and use of heavy artillery by Nato forces at these places provide food for thought. He expressed concern that approach to Kurram Agency is blocked for a long time, people are not safe, and eatables are not available while people in Bajaur were forced to quit their area.
He strongly condemned suicide bomb attacks in Wah Cantt., Dera Ismail Khan, heavy loss of life caused to Chah Munawwar Shah Zaidi’s community, gory murder of Deputy Secretary General TNFJ Sardar Mumtaz Ali Qazilbash in Peshawar, and the bomb blast at a hotel on Sihala Road in Islamabad and declared these incidents a threat to Pakistan’s integrity and solidarity. He said unrest is prevailing in the country while rulers were playing Noora-Kushti for presidentship while the people are only concerned with hunger, poverty, price hike, suicides, murder, arson and terrorism that are on its height. In this situation, he said, it was binding on all sections of society to give priority to the collective interest over all other matters.
The TNFJ Secretary General reiterated his resolve that no sacrifice would be spared for achieving the targets of the Tehreek and no one will be allowed to bargain on our rights. He made it clear that Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya is the only representative organisation of the Maktab-e-Tashayyo and it would continue its practical struggle with sincerity of purpose.
ISLAMABAD, August 24: The “Youm-e-Shuhada-e-Wah Cantt.” was observed throughout the country including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas with national spirit, devotion and respect on Sunday on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi.

Dr. S. Zaman in his address on the occasion termed the gory murder of innocent and dutiful poor labourers of Wah Cantt., murder of dozens of innocent people of Chah Syed Munawar Shah Zaidi in Dera Ismail Khan and the heinous murder of Deputy Secretary General TNFJ Sardar Mumtaz Ali Qazilbash in Peshawar as incidents of open terrorism.
He said international colonial powers and their agents are involved in all these incidents because they consider Pakistan being an atomic power as a mole in their eyes.
Condemning some renowned politicians for declaring the incidents of terrorism as sectarian conflict, he said Sunnis and Shias are united but a handful of miscreants were set to disturb peace on the desire of their foreign masters.
He strongly demanded from the government to take notice of banned groups working with new names and their inclusion in political alliances and demanded that the powers that be should avoid making them sit with them rather take action against them as they are the culprits of the nation and the country and deserve no relaxation.
Zulfiqar Ali Raja in his address said that motherland Pakistan was the target of terrorism for a long time and people are confronted with different problems and difficulties in the face of price hike. He said there was need to resolve these problems but we could not even get rid of terrorism despite Anti-Terrorism Act being in place and could not identify the unseen forces bent upon sabotaging the good steps taken to check terrorism.
He lamented that the banned groups are roaming around freely and are included in peace committees that is tantamount to asking the cat to take care of the milk. He demanded from the government to set up a broad-based probe commission so as to unveil the real culprits of all incidents of terrorism and give them exemplary punishment, and ensure effective implementation of the Anti-Terrorism Act so that the people could lead a peaceful life.
A resolution adopted on the occasion said it is the government’s foremost duty to ensure peace, therefore, the powers that be should utilise all their energy in restoring law and order while all sections of society should practically help them in doing so and condemns terrorism at every stage. RAWALPINDI, August 23: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has announced to observe “Youm-e-Shuhada Wah Cantt.” on Sunday, August 24. In a special message issued from the Markaz-e-Tashayyo - TNFJ - he said that the heinous incidents taking place in the motherland, one after the other, have hurt the nation.
He said Wah Cantt. incident is that gory tragedy in which only those persons have been punished who have served this soil. He said we equally share the grief of the affected families and may Allah give them courage and fortitude in this hour of trial.
Agha Moosavi said Islam confers highest titles to those who lose their life for achievement of highest goals, dignity and honour of the humanity and declared their greatest death as Shahadat while the whole world of humanity remains imbibed to such high status people.
He made it clear that Shaheed is that candle which if not lit would have led oppression, brutality and suppression to go to the new heights. There are people who follow in the footsteps of Ahle Bait Atahaar (A.S.) and pious Sahaba Kubaar (R.A.) who desire for Shahadat. He said death of the Shaheed is life for the nation and those who die for high objectives do not die rather they remain alive for ever while those who die without any objective are like dead bodies who wander here and there without any objective.
The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi appealed the countrymen to organise Quran Khwani and Majalis-e-Tarheem to pay homage to the Shuhada on the occasion of Youm-e-Shuhada Wah Cantt. being observed on Sunday and pray for the early and complete recovery of the injured and raise their voice of protest against the incidents of terrorism.

Expressing hearty grief on heavy loss of life in the wake of blasts, Moosavi said those who kissed martyrdom while on their way back to home after doing their duties were sons of Pakistan, and the whole nation equally share grief of their bereaved families.
He urged the government to ensure effective implementation of Anti-Terrorism Act to root out ulcer of terrorism, chain banned groups and thus trace out MANNO SALWA that is descended on them as well as strong protest should be lodged to their supporting countries by calling their ambassadors to the Foreign Office.

He made clear that he always gives the lesson of establishment of peace and love, prefers harmony and integrity and "hopefully the government will not force us to take a big step."
Moosavi stressed that we would have to get rid of colonial powers plus their agents for Pakistan's strong defense, integrity and stability because USA-Hindus-Zionist trio is a big danger for the whole world including Pakistan.
He said constant massacre in Kurram Agency and tribal areas shows that colonial powers are acting upon the plan of establishing an independent State in Pak-Afghan frontier region which is a violation of international law and a direct interference in other countries independence.
Agha Moosavi advised that as the interferer attacks after viewing soft corner therefore the allied planes day-in and day-out bombardment in frontier region should be seriously noticed besides raising this issue on OIC and UN forums. He further advised that we should not forget and neglect our friends.
He gave advice to the people to recognize their friends and foes, and express abhorrence to hatred-fanning elements and the outlawed groups.

He said Ramaznul Mabarik is the month of Allah which is commensurate with worship and blessings therefore law and order must be ensured therein, special security measures should be taken in places of worship, people themselves should also remain alert, political parties should shun strike calls and every act should be avoided that is against the sanctity of this holy month.
Motherland Pakistan doesn't belong to any particular group rather a fruit of joint efforts and sacrifices rendered by all schools of thought, Moosavi said adding that therefore recognized schools of thought must be given equal ideological representation in all State departments including Royat-e-Hilal Committee and Islamic Ideology Council, and representatives must be picked from the representative organizations of these schools of thought.

Agha Moosavi addressing a gathering on the occasion said that international colonial powers and her agents were involved in the D.I. Khan incident. He said the international colonial powers by exerting pressure and testing the government desire to know who the main source of power in Pakistan is after the resignation of President. Therefore, he added, the rulers are under the obligation to ensure law and order and provide peace to people, first. He said rulers who cannot restore peace in the country have no justification to remain in power.
The TNFJ chief demanded immediate arrest and exemplary punishment to the assassins of Shuhada of D.I. Khan and that of Sardar Mumtaz Ali Qazilbash while a high level Tribunal should be set up to compensate the losses and probe the incidents. He lamented that rulers condole and help those with whom they have links and relations while they do not bother to even sympathise other sections of society.
He warned the government to consider Pakistan the most dearest and give priority to its survival, integrity and restoration of peace otherwise government will be responsible for what is going on or will be done. He made it clear that they have always preached peace and love, and given priority to peace and tranquillity but, perhaps, the rulers consider our gentlemanliness as our weakness. He made fervent appeal to the people to give priority to unity and brotherhood and thwart every conspiracy of the enemy against Pakistan by remaining alert and they will have to create the spirit of Tehreek-e-Pakistan for this purpose. He said nations always remember those who kiss Shahadat for high objectives and the redness of Shuhadas’ blood is the sign of nation’s success and guarantees victory.
