Peace could not prevail by agreements with banned groups, only 73 Const. guarantees Shariat implementation, if government understands language of power then it could be done, save Pakistan instead of rule, recognized schools of thought are deprived of basic rights --- TNFJ high-level meeting resolutions
RAWALPINDI, April 20: The two-day high level meeting of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan held at the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashayyo concluded on Monday after adopting various resolutions on national and international matters.
According to the Central Spokesman of the TNFJ Syed Qamar Zaidi, the delegates derived from all over the country strongly condemned the incident after incident of terrorism and stressed the need to root out terrorism and for this purpose opined that it was the government’s foremost duty not to make excused and put an iron hand on the terrorists.
The resolution said the banned groups should in no case be allowed to work unless they fully mend themselves. The resolution made it clear that peace would not prevail by making agreements with the banned groups and in this connection the Anti-Terrorism Act should be implemented effectively. The resolution expressed concern that the banned groups desire to create rift amongst Masalik and groups in the garb of different outfits laced with all types of weapons on the desire on international colonial powers despite the fact that there is no Maktabi conflict in Pakistan, therefore, all Makatib should confront them and thwart the conspiracy of the enemy.
The resolution strongly condemned Chakwal incident, suicide attack on the security forces’ caravan in Doaba Hangu, murder of Baloch leaders in Balochistan, Drone and missile attacks and demanded from the government to set up a high level Tribunal to probe all these incidents and devise a courageous strategy to get the attack on Tribal Areas stopped and contact the international organizations in this connection.
Another resolution called upon the powers that be to restore the 1973 Constitution with the sincerity of purpose because under its Article 2, Islam is the official religion of the State, therefore, enforcement of Islam should be given priority, laws contradictory to Shariat should be done away with, otherwise demand for enforcement of controversial Justice System Regulation could get accelerated leading to creation of parallel government, divide and rule, strengthening the plans of international colonial powers which would be dangerous for Pakistan’s integrity.
The resolution warned the government against putting the Maktab-e-Tashayyo to the wall, and asked her that if they understand the language of power then they should keep in mind that we had taken over the Secretariat and had also got our demands accepted after launching an 8-month long agitation. Thus we should not be forced to take such an initiative and remove the unrest of Maktab-e-Tashayyo by implementing the May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi agreement.
The resolution said that Allama Iqbal followed Hanafi Maslak and Qauid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah follow Shia Isna Ashary Maslak and now both these recognized schools of thought are deprived of their basic rights. The resolution said Pakistan is an Islamic State and we would not allow it to become the State of any particular group.
The participants of the meeting expressed complete solidarity with the oppressed world, particularly, the oppressed people of Kashmir, Palestine, Iraq and Afghanistan and strongly condemned the Zionist-Hindu-Colonial oppression in these areas. They called upon the international organizations to get the Kashmir and Palestine issues resolved in the light of the United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desire of their respective people. They resolved that exodus of the foreign forces from Afghanistan, Iraq and other occupied areas should be ensured.
They resolved that Pakistani citizens should be given their rights on the basis of equality fulfilling the norms of justice and fair-play as the Judiciary has declared the year 2009 as the Year of Justice.
They resolved that to give a tough reply to the enemies of Islam and to ensure the dignity of Babri Masjid, and protection of the shrines of great leaders of the religion, reconstruction and restoration of the dignity of Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moalla is must, and in this regard Muslim Ummah should play her role.
The resolution strongly condemned the government and private electronic media for ignoring the presidential address of the Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi to the inauguration session of the meeting.
RAWALPINDI, April 19: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said the doors of war and conflict are being opened in the garb of justice and fair-play. He said efforts are being made to defame Islam in the pretext of religion, to do politics and to maintain domination of a minority misusing the name of Shariat.
He said the Justice System Regulation is a step towards completion of American New World Order, contradiction of the Pakistan’s Constitution and is tantamount to sabotaging the sacrifices rendered for creation of Pakistan.
These views were expressed by him while delivering his presidential address at a high level meeting of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya. He made it clear not to accept supremacy of any country or Hizb (group) because they have accepted the supremacy of Allah already. He said we are not afraid of death, the lesson of Karbala is to fear only from Allah, we are the followers of Ali (A.S.) whose saying is that death may come on us or we are placed on death, we love death more than a child’s love for his mother’s milk. No one should consider our gentlemanliness as weakness because the objective of following the path of gentlemanliness is protection of Pakistan and supremacy of Islam. The world has learnt from us how to get the demands accepted, he added. He said they would protect the Nazria-e-Asaasi (Basic Ideology) by remaining peaceful and will not allow anyone to be imposed on us.
Agha Moosavi said that Justice System Regulation is unclear. He posed a question whether those who have brought this Regulation would fulfil the rights of those who have fallen victim to terrorism, murder, arson, have bore loss of property, and were slaughtered? He said at present three parallel systems are being run in Sarhad i.e. Jirga, 1973 System, and now the new Regulation. Did Islam not give a complete system or whether Islam allows following so many systems? He said in the Personal Law of the Regulation, it has been said that interpretation of Quran and Sunnah will be in line with the Makatib but the government should make it clear that what would be interpretation of Quran and Sunnah in the Public Law; Hanafi, Maliki, Shafa’aee, Hanbali, or Jafri. He said by getting this Regulation passed, the authority of the Parliament has been negated.
The government should tell us the status of agreements signed with the banned groups? On one side the world is being told that these groups are banned while peace and terror is being merged by signing agreements with them, he added.
The TNFJ chief said that the Constitution reflects the nation’s thinking. He said the 1973 Constitution is the agreed upon document by Maulana Mufti Mehmood, Maulana Shah Ahmed Noorani and all groups and Makatib while the current Regulation is an open contradiction of this Constitution and it is also contradictory with the ideologies of all groups, parties and Makatib.
He said passing this Regulation is negating the ideologies of Quaid-i-Azam, Allama Iqbal and all those who had signed the 1973 Constitution and is a contradiction of the principle that Islam is one Millat and atheism is another Millat. He said it has been made clear in the Constitution that the Constitution is enforced in all the four provinces, Islamabad, Federal Administered Tribal Areas, and annexed areas. Those struggling for restoration of the Constitution should tell whether they are restoring the Constitution or deshaping the same further. He made it clear that it has been clearly stated in the Constitution that anyone who abrogates the Constitution forcibly or unconstitutionally would be committing treachery. Those who are put the dictators on trial should tell whether they would also put those on trial who are sabotaging the 1973 Constitution.
He said it has been made clear in the Constitution that human being is commensurate with life and freedom while those who are demanding justice have even deprived the nation of freedom and have put the life of uncountable people on stake. The government has imposed a minority over 160 million people by pasting the Regulation, he added. This step, he said, is not democracy rather negation of the same. He said Shariat Muhammadi and not the Shariat of ‘Sufi Muhammad’ is the real Shariat.
RAWALPINDI, April 11: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that motherland Pakistan is passing through a dangerous situation therefore all recognized schools of thought and sections of society should give up their personal and political interest and utilize all their energy to save Pakistan and accelerate its honour and dignity. This was stated by him while talking to a 72-member delegation of elite from Bangash Area that called on him at the head of Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate, Syed Shabab Hussain Al-Hussaini, Janan Ali, and Mukhtar Ali Bangash to offer condolences on the sad demise of his sister.
Agha Moosavi said that every child is born on natural religion that is Islam. He said the human nature is to love good and hate all types of evils but at present humanity is taken over by oppression and brutality impressed with materialism and the whole world is playing the game of oppression and brutality for achieving materialistic gains the main target being Pakistan. He said Pakistan is playing the role of front-line ally against terrorism after the 9/11 incident but the inclusion of Pakistan in this movement was under a dangerous international conspiracy i.e. to destabilize Pakistan and this game is on its height today. He said Drone and missile attacks are speedily going on in Pakistani territory, and attack on Sri Lankan team in Lahore, attack on Manawan Police Training Centre, suicide attack on F.C. Camp in Islamabad, suicide blast in Majlis-e-Aza at Chakwal, incidents of murder and arson in Sindh, and murder of three important Baloch leaders in Balochistan are the continuation of this heinous game.
The TNFJ chief said that unfortunately the dictators and tyrant rulers fanned biases and deprived many Pakistani tribes and Masalik of their rights as a results of which suicide attacks, incidents of murder, arson, terrorism, blasts, threats, kidnapping, have become the order of the day. He said there is a saying of the Masoom (A.S.) that not extending help to the oppressed is the biggest sin and helping the oppressed is a practical step to stop the evil. He said there is another saying that goes: a person who sees morning and evening without doing something for Muslimeen is not a Muslim. He quoted another saying of the Amirul Momineen Hazrat Ali (A.S.) that goes: Become enemy of the oppressors and friend of the oppressed. He said the kidnapping and later on murder of three Baloch leaders Ghulam Muhammad, Sher Muhammad, and Lala Munir should be condemned extensively.
The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that every citizen of Pakistan would have to display practical unity and brotherhood for the survival and integrity of Pakistan and to thwart the conspiracy of the enemy because our perpetual enemy was following the heinous conspiracy of divide and rule polluting the environment of the country. He said the powers that be are under the obligation to reduce the sense of deprivation in the country and the nation and utilize all their energy to root out poverty, hunger, lawlessness and terrorism and if these problems were not addressed, it would increase the sense of deprivation creating doubts against the government. He said we would have to recognize the real enemy and should not hesitate in taking her name because India is fully involved in terrorism in the whole country in general, and Sarhad and Balochistan in particular and the game being played by the Consulates in Afghanistan and near Pakistani border is no more a secret.
The elite from the Bangash Area expressed heartfelt condolences on the sad demise of the sister of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi and offered Fateha for the departed soul. Agha Moosavi thanked all those who offered condolences to him from within and without.

In a statement issued from the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashih, he said the Shahadats in attacks on Manawan Police Training Centre Lahore, F.C. Camp Islamabad were for the protection of ideology while those who kissed Shahadat in Chakwal were giving pursa of Syed-us-Shuhada (A.S.) to the Khatmi Martabat (SAAW). He made it clear that Shahadat is our inheritance and the international colonial powers and her agents should keep in mind that we cannot be diverted from the path of Hussainiyyat through blasts, murder and arson because we are the followers of Ali (A.S.) who is not afraid of death.
Agha Moosavi said death is eternal and every body should ready to die. He said there is a saying of Amirul Momineen Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) that goes: Kill every type of bad desire before you die so that you may not have to curse yourselves afterwards. He said the death for the protection and promotion of the ideology and dieing in love of Ahle Bait (A.S.) is fulfilment of Ajr-e-Risalat and Shahadat. He said there is a saying of the Holy Prophet (SAAW) that goes: Be aware, that one who dies in love with Ahle Bait (A.S.) is Shaheed and dies with forgiveness of Allah, be aware that one who dies in love with Ahle Bait (A.S.) dies with Toba, complete in Iman, and Malak Al-Maut (the angel of death) gives him signal of heaven, Nakireen tell him the good news of heaven, and be aware that one who dies in love with Ahle Bait (A.S.) is sent to heaven like a bride is sent towards Bait-e-Zauj (Tafseer, edition 4, page 220).
The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi appealed all countrymen to organise Quran Khwani, Majalis-e-Tarheem and praying congregation on Friday for upgrading status of Shuhada who lost their life in incidents of terrorism and should pray for the early recovery of the injured of these incidents and reiterate resolve that attack of on any Maktab and places of worships is attack on the religion and Shariat and that the whole nation would thwart all conspiracies of enemies of religion and motherland through practical display of unity and brotherhood and would not allow any enemy force to create differences amongst them. Meanwhile, the TNFJ Central Committee has been formed to organise the programmes of Youm-e-Tarheem. Meesam Tammar has been nominated as Convener while Malik-e-Ashtar and Abu Nasr Kazmi would be the Deputy Convener and Secretary of this Committee, respectively.
RAWALPINDI, April 7: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) bore all difficulties and problems for rooting out oppression, brutality, oppression and for restoring justice and fair-play following in the footsteps of his forefathers, Khatmi Martabat (SAAW) and Amirul Momineen Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) but did not bargain the religious and Islamic values and principles.
This was stated by him while addressing the Mehfil-e-Noor marking the Ayyam-e-Askari on Tuesday.
He said today the oppressed sections of the world of humanity are the target of international colonial powers, life is being made difficult for the people of Kashmir and Palestine, severe attacks are being carried out against Iraq and Afghanistan while Pakistan, that rests on Basic Ideology - Islam, justice and fair-play and condemns all types of terrorism, has become mole in the eyes of international colonial powers and her Hindu and Zionist agents for supporting the cause of the oppressed.
Agha Moosavi said that Pakistan is confronting the atheist world for the last six decades and the urge of the colonial trio remained dissatisfied despite one part of it was alighted in 1971 and the Hindu Banya began behaving masterly after testing atomic bomb. But, he added, when Pakistan displayed her atomic muscles in self-defence it created unrest in the ranks of Taghooti forces and they began using new tactics.
He said the 9/11 drama was the preface of their real target i.e. Pakistan. Obama is more tactful than Bush who was continuing Drone attacks by saying that Usama is hiding in Pakistan while according to someone, by Usama they mean atomic bomb. In other words international colonial powers desire to deprive Pakistan of atomic power in the garb of Usama.
The TNFJ chief expressed concern that at present the whole country was in the grip of terrorism. He said dozens of innocent people have been given a blood bath in different incidents of terrorism including Manawan Police Training Centre Lahore, F.C. Camp in Islamabad, and suicide blast in Majlis-e-Aza in Chakwal.
He said America should accept Pakistan as an atomic power by accepting the verdict of her think tank. Moreover, he said, Obama should get the Kashmir issue resolved in the light of the United Nations resolutions if he is sincere in promoting real peace in the region so as to make the whole world a hub of peace.
The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi called upon the Pakistani ruler to bank on Allah and ensure implementation of Anti-Terrorism laws for survival, protection and integrity of Pakistan and take strict notice of the activities of the banned groups by new names because presidents of America, India and Israel would not come here but would use their agents.
He lauded that all schools of thought displayed unity and brotherhood in creation of Pakistan and the same spirit is required for the protection of Pakistan now. He expressed the hope that the nation would thwart all conspiracies and mischief of the enemies of the religion and the motherland by working shoulder to shoulder to the Pakistan’s armed forces.

More than two dozen Azadaran kissed martyrdom when a suicide bomber exploded himself at the entrance of the Markazi imambargah Chakwal where a majlis-e-aza was going on and TNFJ Chakwal leader Syed Tanvir Kazmi was adressing the majlis.
Addressing the gathering on this occasion, Allama Syed Hussain Muqaddasi, President Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Punjab called upon the government to make concrete practical steps on war footing to control terrorism instead of offering mere lip-service, give up apologetic attitude and display courage, otherwise, he added, there would be no justification for the failed rulers to remain in power.
He also read out the condolence message of the Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi in which he strongly condemned the suicide blast during the Majlis-e-Aza on Sunday and declared it the heinous activity as an attack on Pakistan and humanity. Expressing condolences with the bereaved families he said the whole nation shares their grief.
Allama Muqaddasi said that it has been proved that Indian secret agencies are involved in these heinous activities, therefore, the government should give top priority to this issue and tackle the terrorists with an iron hand. He said this is the time to save the country, therefore, all patriotic elements should come in the fray to play their active role to save Pakistan.
He advised the government to follow the Moosavi Peace Formula, avoid the banned groups and keep a contact with the nationalist parties and representative organizations of the recognized schools of thought. He demanded immediate arrest and punishment for the culprits of the Chakwal incident.

ISLAMABAD, April 6: A peaceful protest demonstration was staged in front of National Press Club in Islamabad under the auspices of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafairya Islamabad District to condemn the Chakwal incident and the suicide attack on the F.C. Camp.

The participants of the rally were carrying placards and banners inscribed with different slogans and were also raising slogans against America, India and Israel.
Allama Basharat Hussain Imami addressing the demonstrators said, announcement of the international colonial powers not to carry out any activity in Pakistan and displaying duplicity by continuing Drone attacks suggests that Pakistanis should make them understand through their deeds that there is no Maktabi conflict here and our combined and perpetual enemy desires to reap the benefit by entangling us in attacks on security forces, police centres, hospitals, teaching institutions, and Imambargahs.
He appealed all countrymen to exercise patience and recognise their friends and foes, display unity and brotherhood to confront the trio of international colonial powers, Zionists and Hindus and reiterate resolve from the core of their heart to work for the solidarity, protection and defence of Pakistan.
A resolution adopted on the occasion demanded immediate arrest and punishment for the culprits of the Chakwal incident. The resolution called upon the government to move the law to restore durable peace and root out terrorism from the country.
The demonstrators resolved to follow any line of action given by Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi in the larger interest of the religion and the motherland, shoulder to shoulder with the armed forces of Pakistan.
Later the demonstrators dispersed peacefully raising different slogans.
RAWALPINDI, April 5: Strongly condemning a suicide blast during a Majlis-e-Aza in the Markazi Imambargah Chakwal, the Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has termed it the heinous conspiracy of international colonial powers, Hindus and Zionists.
Delivering his special address at the headquarters of Maktab-e-Tashayyo at the beginning of Ayyam-e-Askari on Sunday, he said those who laid down their life on Farsh-e-Aza were the sons of this soil and belonged to all schools of thought without any discrimination and the whole nation shares the grief of the bereaved families.
He said the incidents at Manawan Police Training Centre in Lahore, suicide attack on F.C. Camp in Islamabad and today’s blast at Imambargah Sarpak Chakwal indicate that our combined enemy was play heinous play of terrorism to smoothen the way for a big incident.
The TNFJ chief said it is crystal clear that in Afghanistan, Indian agencies are completely patronising the miscreant activities in Balochistan, Sarhad, Federal Capital Islamabad and Punjab. He said announcement of the international colonial powers not to carry out any activity in Pakistan and displaying duplicity by continuing Drone attacks suggests that Pakistanis should make them understand through their deeds that there is no Maktabi conflict here and our combined and perpetual enemy desires to reap the benefit by entangling us in attacks on security forces, police centres, hospitals, teaching institutions, and Imambargahs.
He appealed all countrymen to exercise patience and recognise their friends and foes, display unity and brotherhood to confront the trio of international colonial powers, Zionists and Hindus and reiterate resolve from the core of their heart to work for the solidarity, protection and defence of Pakistan.
Agha Moosavi said the Chakwal incident is an open act of terrorism and attack on Islam, Pakistan, religion, Shariat rather the humanity. He called upon the government to exercise wisdom and seriousness and give priority to restoration of peace over all other matters. The whole nation is with them in his holy mission and no relaxation should be given to terrorists, he added.
He said the whole blame of the incidents should not be put on different organisations like the international colonial powers do and it should be made clear that the colonial powers and her agents are behind it who are bent upon pushing Pakistan into trouble.
He prayed for the high status of the Shuhada of Chakwal incident, early recovery of the injured and advised the bereaved families to exercise patience.
He said it is dangerous that Hindu and Zionist lobbies are spending a lot on our media to prove Islamic punishments as inhuman. He questioned which religion, Maslak and country is without the concept of reward and punishment? He made it clear that Islam is the universal religion that fulfils all norms of justice in reward and punishment and considers it a great sin to discriminate in this regard.
The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya said that India is completely involved in the terrorist activities in Pakistan and an Adviser in the Afghan government Aryan Zai has accepted in his interview that India is using Afghan soil to destabilise Pakistan. That is why, he added, many Indian agents have been arrested.
He said the United Nations and the ICC rather the whole world should take the notice of this situation and stop the colonial-Zionist-Indian trio’s collusion against Pakistan that is extremely dangerous not only for Pakistan but for the whole region.
