“Hazara Levies” para-military force may be formed to end the genocide of Hazara community; demands Agha Moosavi

ISLAMABAD, January 26: The chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has demanded from the government to continue the search operation against terrorists throughout the country and the suspected elements should not be freed immediately. “Hazara Levies” para-military force may be formed to end the genocide of Hazara community, a comprehensive plan should be laid for the protection of Zaireen and steps be taken to make the Quetta-Taftan, Parachina-Abbottabad, and Gilgit-Baltistan routes save on permanent basis. The previously routes should not be given up as it would be considered success of the terrorists and failure of the government writ. The elements working on the foreign aid and on their desire should be brought to book. This was stated by him while addressing a delegation of Hazara community that called on him at the head of Muhammad Hadi Changezi. TNFJ Balochistan president Sardar Tariq Jafri was also present on the occasion.

Agha Moosavi said the motherland Pakistan is in the grip of terrorism and world Ableesi powers. Around three dozen incidents of terrorism have been reported so far since January 1 this year. He said the Bolochistan Chief Minister at the time of his election had announced that now onwards no one will go missing, no one will be thrown on the road after shot dead but unfortunately he could not keep his words. He the Interior Minister implemented the plan for the protection of Zaireen on the attention of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya after the January 1 attack on Zaireen bus then this second incident could have been avoided. He said had the government not delayed action then some powers would not have the chance to stage sit-ins.

The TNFJ chief lauded the steps taken by the Federal government to satisfy the Hazara community and the airlifting of Zaireen from Taftan to Quetta through C-130. He said Hazara community is a patriotic and peaceful tribe and many reason are behind their massacre and genocide. Therefore formation of “Hazara Levies” para-military force at the local level on the pattern of Balochistan Levies, Kurram Levies, Zhob Levies would help providing protection to the Hazara community.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said those elements who are being fed on foreign aid should also be brought to book and the ambassador of those countries who provide aid to them should be summoned and protest lodged with them because these countries have kept their own countries safe and have turned Pakistan into battlefield for their own interests. He said equal policy should be formed to compensation of the Shuhada and treatment of the injured. He said whatever decision will be taken by the government in the interest of the country and the nation, the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya will fully support it.

TNFJ demands the government to protest those countries who are fighting their war on Pakistani soil

ISLAMABAD, January 22: The chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that motherland Pakistan was achieved as a great blessing through great sacrifices and its protection is binding on every patriotic person through thwarting the conspiracy of the enemy through mutual unity. This was stated by him while addressing the elite came to him at the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashih to offer condolences on incidents of terrorism.

Agha Moosavi demanded from the government to summon the ambassadors of those countries to the Foreign Office who are fighting their war on Pakistani soil and lodge protest. If they do not heed then these ambassadors should be sent home from Pakistan. He said the paths for Zaireen leading to Iran, Iraq, Syria and Saudi Arabia should be made safe. He said Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya is ready to offer full cooperation to the government for the protection of Zaireen and people. He said the option of dialogue to end terrorism should be kept open till last time but the assassins and terrorists should not be spared come what may. He asked the representative organisations of Makatib and Sunni-Shia people to express practical hatred with those banned groups who were using names of Masalik. The government should not delay the search operation against terrorists and the twin cities of Rawalpindi-Islamabad should first be cleared of terrorist. The religious and political parties should favour the nation by not using the incidents of terrorism for their political motives.

The TNFJ chief said the government should compensate the loss of Shuhada and ensure proper treatment of the injured. He said the whole nation shares the grief of the affected families of the Mastung (Quetta) incident. He said the motherland Pakistan is the target of terrorism for quite long and some Ableesi powers and secret agencies of some neighbouring countries were utilizing all their energy to cause harm to Pakistan and were using new tactics for the purpose the day in and day out.

Agha Moosavi condemns blast on Zaireen bus

ISLAMABAD, January 21: The chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has strongly condemned the bomb blast on the Zaireens’ bus in Mastung Dareen Garh Tuesday and declared this condemnable activity a forceful slap on the face on incapable rulers and continuation of terrorism.

In a statement issued here he said that Balochistan government has been repeatedly asked to provide protection to Zaireen and they had assured the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya to do so the tragic incident of terrorism near the Zaireens’ bus poses a question mark on the government arrangements. He demanded immediate search operation against terrorists and formulate an effective security plan for the Zaireens’ caravans.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya said they had invited the attention of the government suggesting that Parachinar, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Quetta-Taftaan routes may be given under the supervision of the army and check-posts may be established to make these peaceful but this incident showed that no such arrangement was made by the government. He demanded from the government to arrest the culprits of the Dareen Garh Quetta incident immediately and give them exemplary punishment. He also demanded compensation for the bereaved families of Shuhada and special arrangement for treatment to the injured.

Agha Moosavi condemns R.A. Bazar suicide blast

ISLAMABAD, January 20: The chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that Rawalpindi R.A. Bazar suicide blast is an international conspiracy to defame Islam and Pakistan and to strengthen the colonial objectives. He said it has become crystal clear that there is no Maktabi conflict in the motherland rather the enemies of religion and Shariat were busy in utilizing all their energy against the Nazria-e-Asaasi. He said no Sunni, Shia, Deobandi, Barelvi, Ahle Hadees is terrorist and we have repeated said that attaching terrorism with any Maktab or Maslak is itself an act of terrorism because the target of incidents of murder and arson is no particular Maktab as the actual target is Pakistan. These views were expressed by him at the conclusion of Universal Hafta Wahdat-o-Akhuwwat that also marked the Wiladat-e-Purnoor of Nawasi-e-Rasool Syeda Umme Kulsoom (S.A.) Binte Ali (A.S.) and Batool (S.A.).

Agha Moosavi said after postponement of foreign tour by the Prime Minister in the wake of terrorism now the whole nation is eyeing on the powers that be who are supposed to bring forth such a plan to root out terrorism completely that my provide protection to the life and property of people, end fear and turn Pakistan into a hub of peace. Whatever steps government will take in line with religion and Shariat, the whole nation will support it fully.

The TNFJ said that whole Islamic World and the world of humanity is confronted with one danger or the other, and motherland Pakistan that came into being in the name of Islam is surrounded by the Ableesi forces from all around that are utilizing all their energy to wipe out Pakistan from the world map. He lamented that all cities from Taftan to Gilgit-Baltistan, Parachinar to Karachi and Quetta are confronted with terrorism. Raja Bazar incident was planned on 10th Muharram and it was spread in the country to the extent that no part of it remained safe. Zaireen bus was targeted in Quetta, caravan of the security forces was blasted in Bannu the other day and innocent people, army jawans and schools children were killed in the suicide attack in R.A. Bazar Rawalpindi Monday that is the fifth tragic incident of Rawalpindi during the current year.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi lamented that the rulers were utilizing all their energy on prolonging or grabbing power and leg pulling of each other. He said the first option of the government’s APC resolutions against terrorism has been considered a weakness. Scores of security personnel and politicians along with others have been targeted during a few days and it seems that holi with the blood of innocent is still being played in Quetta and Karachi. He said that all powers should keep in mind that Pakistan was created to remain intact and those causing harm to it in the garb of religion and Shariat will have to see their designs unfulfilled.

The success of the Islamic World lies in Uswah-e-Rasool and not in suicide jackets, the D-Day will dawn for the oppressors very soon, Moosavi on 17 Rabi-ul-awwal

ISLAMABAD, January 19: The chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that Mustafvi religion and Muslim Ummah are surrounded by colonial conspiracy today. Ableesi powers are also killing Muslims while innocent Kalma-reciting people are also becoming target of so-called Jehadis and Islam is being defamed in this process. Bannu blast incident is a national tragedy and the ‘crime’ of the Pakistan’s armed forces is that they are protecting the atomic capability, ideological and geographical frontiers of the country. We salute the jawans who are presenting sacrifices of their lives for the nation and the country. Any follower of the Rasool (SAAW) who had forgiven the killers of his near and dear ones at the time Makkah victory cannot give a blood bath to innocent people. These views were expressed by him while addressing the function of “Jashan-e-Zahoor Sadequain” in connection with the Wiladat-e-Purnoor of Hadi-e-Barhaq Rasool-e-Khuda Hazrat Muhammad (SAAW) and Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.).

Agha Moosavi said the colonial powers are presenting those as representatives of Islam who are being brought up on their dollars. It is the foremost duty of the government to provide protection and employment to people and defend the geographical and ideological frontiers of the country. Pakistani rulers have failed on all these fronts. He said Musharraf’s game is being played to befool people. Kidnapping for ransom and extracting money have become the biggest industries after terrorism. Making the American aid with Shakil Afridi is a slap in the face of rulers who have forgotten Aafia Siddiqui. Pakistanis are in a dilapidated condition within and without the country.

The TNFJ chief said the Interior Minister is desirous to do something but he is not being allowed to work. The Foreign Ministry has become heaven for those people who love to travel and tour on government expenses. All satanic forces are united in promoting civil war, social evil, and economic disorder and destruct the motherland. The rulers who are squeezing the blood of people and are giving amnesty to capitalists to turn their black money into white should also give relief to people who are left with cold hearths. The country should not be made hub of looters and hells for the people. All problems could be resolved if the rulers follow Seerat-e-Rasool and Mashaheer-e-Islam instead of taking dictation from the colonial powers. The success of the Islamic World lies in Uswah-e-Rasool and not in suicide jackets. The D-Day will dawn for the oppressors and the oppressed will emerge successful one day and the Parcham-e-Rasool will flutter all over the universe.

Agha Moosavi said that keeping the Muslim States, Pakistan in particular, is the international Ableesi agenda. If the rulers desire, then no leave can move what to talk about of terrorists, the Chehlum Imam Hussain (A.S.) and Milad-e-Mustafa (SAAW) programmes are the true examples of this claim. Suicide attack was carried out on the bus of Zaireen on first January on the eve of new year while about two dozen terrorist and suicide attacks and target killings took place in just 19 days of the current year. Attacks on TV channels and journalists are tantamount to throttling journalism. No one is safe in the country while many religious and political leaders are continuously receiving threats. He said Pakistani flag was put on fire in Bangladesh but the Foreign Ministry could not gather courage to condemn it. America has made its aid conditional with the freedom of a traitor. Why Pakistan not demanded return of its daughter Aafia Siddiqui in return of support to NATO and America? The imprisonment of Aafia Siddiqui has also unveiled the so-called Jehadis who operate in the garb of Islam.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the whole universe can be turned into hub of peace if not only rulers and politicians but the humanity also follows the Quranic message that “Take whatever Rasool (SAAW) gives and stop from what Rasool (SAAW) stops you”. He said the inheritors of the Rasool (SAAW) also kept the Seerat-e-Rasool foremost while the Quran-e-Natiq Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.) took the Shariat-e-Mustafvi to its heights and made the knowledge a weapon to thwart the conspiracies of the evil forces. He enlightened those candles of knowledge of which the humanity is still reaping fruit of today, he concluded.

ISLAMABAD, January 14: The Wahdat-o-Akhuwwat Committees of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya fully participated in the Eid Milad-un-Nabi processions brought out throughout the country in connection with the Wiladat-e-Purnoor of Khatmi Martabat Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (SAAW) and displayed practical unity and brotherhood. Allama Qamar Haider Zaidi while presenting the message of the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that Ishq-e-Rasool is such a spirit that can be used to make humanity the hub of peace, can overcome the hearts and can thwart conspiracies of every Taghoot. The biggest reason of weakness of Muslims is keeping a distance from the teachings of Rasool (SAAW) and keeping his pious heritage in isolation. He said like Azadari processions, Milad processions are also display of unity of Sunni-Shia brethren through which the motives of the enemy have been thwarted, and we shall continue to follow that spirit in future also.

Allama Qamar Zaidi, addressing the thousands of devotees of Mustafa (SAAW) from the central stage of the Labbaik Ya Rasool Milad Committee at Banni Chowk, said that the Hazoor (SAAW) did not perform the duty of preaching the religion by limiting himself in the chardivari of the Masjid-e-Nabavi rather he preached the religion of God in the bazaars and roads of Taif, and laid the foundation of taking out the procession of first Islamic State in Madinah by giving ride to his beloved grandsons Hasnain Karimain (A.S.) and to follow this Milad-un-Nabi and Azadari-e-Hussain processions are being taken out throughout the world that are eternal protest of the oppressed against tyranny and Yazidiyyat.

Earlier, TNFJ elite were warmly welcomed at the stage. Zakir Ghulam Farid Jafar and Zakir Yassir Ghaffar continued reciting Naats throughout the central procession. They were responded by the echoes of Labbaik Ya Rasool Allah from all around. In the remaining cities and towns of the country, Ulama, Zakireen, elite and office-bearers led the representatives of the Wahdat-o-Akhuwwat Committees of the TNFJ in Milad processions.

Milad-un-Nabi processions are the heart-rending demonstrations of unity, brotherhood, Moosavi

ISLAMABAD, January 13: The Patron-in-Chief of Shia Ulema Board Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said the Milad-un-Nabi processions are the heart-rending demonstrations of unity, brotherhood, and Wahdat-o-Akhuwwat of the Muslim Ummah and no power on earth could create rift between the Islamic schools of thought. The government knows that terrorism, incidents of murder and arson are the war of foreign States that is being fought through funding the extremist banned groups. Therefore, he said the powers that be should summon the ambassadors of these States and lodge a strong protest in this connection and stress upon them to fight this war in their own States. In this connection complete ban be imposed on the foreign aid being received by religious groups. This was stated by him in a special message issued on the occasion of on the beginning of Universal Hafta Wahdat-o-Akhuwwat being observed from 12-18 Rabiul Awwal throughout the country with religious enthusiasm in connection with the Eid Milad-un-Nabi and the Wiladat Ba Saadat of Hazrat Imam Jafar Sadiq (A.S.).

Agha Moosavi said that testing the already tested is ignorance and a Momin cannot be stung from one hole twice. He lamented that people of Pakistan are being stung for the last three decades. He said despite being the whole country under the grip of terrorism the deprived people gave heavy mandate to the Muslim League-N as a result of timely elections. They are also ruling Punjab and Balochistan while the Sindh and Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa governments are also working in unison with them but did nothing for these people. He said the Prime Minister raised the drone issue among other problems during his visit to America but these attacks are still going on.

The TNFJ chief said that despite passage of 7-8 months to the consensus resolution of the APC for holding dialogues with the TTP nothing has been done while incidents of target killings, suicide blasts, bomb blasts, are continuous going on and targeting all schools of thought without any discrimination. The brave police officer Ch. Aslam sacrificed his life while youngster Aitezaz Hassan saved the lives of the whole schools by sacrificing himself for which the whole nation salutes him. He said the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa government should have boasted on the Shahadat of Aitezad because the live nations highlight the good deeds of their heroes but their silence is meaningful. He lauded the presence of Pakistan Army’s representative at the grave of Shaheed student and announcement of the Prime Minister to award him Sitara-e-Jurrat.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that the enemy is trying to pitch the brother against brother from the beginning but her efforts go in vain. He said preaching of beliefs is the right of everyone but no one can impose his belief on the other forcibly. He reiterated his resolve to promote the message of peace and tranquillity of the Paighambar-e-Azam (SAAW) by observing the Universal Hafta Wahdat-o-Akhuwwat while practical struggle to promote mutual unity and brotherhood would be continued unabated.

Moosavi on 9 Rabi: Rulers following the policy of delaying tactics and deprived of decision making, how many Aslams and Aitezazs the rulers need to wake themselves up?

ISLAMABAD, January 12: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said the rulers following the policy of using delaying tactics and deprived of decision making, opposition and politicians busy in point scoring are the reason of giving increase to terrorism. Every patriotic person questions how many Aslams and Aitezazs the rulers need to wake themselves up. Electricity, gas and petrol are dearer and employment not visible, the rulers have made the life of people difficult while the terrorists have made their death cheaper as a result of which they have become the symbol of disappointment. Islam believes in Nazarat after Basharat, if the option of dialogue fails then the path of operation against terrorists with full force should be adopted. The enemies of Pakistan within and without should know that a nation replete with brave persons like Ch. Aslam and enthusiasts like children like Aitezaz Ahsan cannot be defeated by any power or conspiracy. Peace cannot be achieved through begging, the government needs to adopt the courage of Mukhtar to root out terrorism. All schools of thought will have to inculcate the spirit of Pakistan Movement so as to save Pakistan and take it to new heights. Terrorism is the international agenda against Islam and Pakistan and it should not be seen in the backdrop of Masalik and Makatib. We will root out the fake propaganda of sectarianism on the occasion of Milad-e-Mustafa (SAAW) and by observing the Hafta Wahdat-o-Akhuwwat from 12-18 Rabiul Awwal. This was stated by him while addressing the Mehfil-e-Mukhtar at Al-Murtaza Islamabad.

Agha Moosavi said that the in the world of bravery, Hazrat Mukhtar Saqafi has the honour of rooting out Yazidiyyat who, through his deeds, proved that great sacrifices are given for great objectives. When Mukhtar entered Kufa’s Darul Amarah, spent the night in the Qasr and addressed the people from the Mimber of Masjid-e-Kufa in the morning which is the best example to follow by the rulers and security institutions.

Mukhtar in his address said: Oh, people I praise Allah who fulfilled His promise for His friends’ success and loss of the enemy, one who speaks a lie has been declared from amongst those who suffer loss. Oh, people the success of our objective is that a flag has been raised about which it has been said that it has to he kept fluttering and about the objective it has been said to achieve and do not give it up. We have said yes to those who called us, accepted the Negahban, hell with him who commits rebellion, oppression, accuses someone, involves in refusal and put his back. The people of Allah come towards Ba’ait, and guidance, carry out jehad with enemies and protect those persons of the Rasool-e-Khuda (SAAW) who have been turned weak. I will take revenge of the blood of Farzand-e-Rasool (A.S.) by overcoming them. By God who created clouds, He is of heavy wrath. By God I must take revenge from those criminals who speak a lie, involve people in doubt, will destruct the oppressors and those who support the oppressors and will destruct the remaining people of theirs. By God, who opened my eyes, enlightened my heart, will destruct the enemies of city by putting their homes on fire, will cool down the hearts of the Ahle Islam and will kill those oppressors who violated thankfulness? Therefore, those who favour Kitab Allah, Sunnat-e-Rasool, revenge of the blood of Ahle Bait (A.S.), jehad with enemies of Islam, support of the weak and desirous of peace with them exercised Mukhtar’s Ba’ait.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the Yazidiyyat and tyranny are afraid of Mukhtar’s threat even today. Any power how big it is can be defeated even today by inculcating the love of Rasool (SAAW), Aal-e-Rasool (A.S.), pious Sahaba Kubaar and support of the oppressed.

Agha Moosavi demands govt. to tighten noose around 63 banned groups so as to control the incidents of terrorism and target killing

ISLAMABAD, January 08: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has demanded from the government to tighten noose around 63 banned groups so as to control the incidents of terrorism and target killing. He said all Sunni-Shia will observed the Universal Hafta Wahdat-o-Akhuwwat from 12-18 Rabiul Awwal jointly while World Ayyam Al-Huzn marking the Wafaat of Negehban-e-Risalat Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) will be observed from 22-26 Rabiul Awwal with the spirit of Tahaffuz Namoos-e-Risalat. Youm-e-Mukhtar Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) will be observed on 9th Rabiul Awwal with religious enthusiasm and spirit. These views were expressed by him here while talking to media representatives during the protest procession taken out from Baab-e-Fizza Imambargah Jamia Al-Murtaza G-9/4 Islamabad in connection with the Universal Haftan Ehad-o-Paiman, Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) and in pursadari to bid farewill to Ayyam-e-Aza on Tuesday.

Answering a question he said division of Sindh is a political slogan. Answering another question said the recognised schools of thought displayed practical unity through peaceful Chehlum of Shuhada-e-Karbala. He lauded the federal Interior Minister and the administration for making sufficient steps in this connection.

He strongly condemned the firing on Imambargah Qasr-e-Sajjadia Khateeb Hashmat Ali Islamia College’s Professor Nazeer Imrani and declared the continuous incidents of target killings a conspiracy of the combined enemy.

Agha Moosavi condemns bomb blast on Zaireen bus; terms this act a slap in the face of incompetent rulers

RAWALPINDI, January 02: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has strongly condemned bomb blast near the Zaireen bus at Qambrani Road Akhtarabad By-pass Wednesday evening and termed this condemnable act a slap in the face of incompetent rulers.

In a statement issued here he said the Balochistan government has been repeated asked to ensure the security of Zaireen and the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya was assured to do that by on the Youm-e-Wisal of Nabi (SAAW) and Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Hassan Mujtaba (A.S.) incident of terrorism near the Zaireen bus poses a question mark on the government arrangements in this connection.

Agha Moosavi demanded from the government to carry out a search operation against terrorists and formulate an effective security plan for the Zaireen caravans. He said we pay salute to the Shuhada who laid down their lives following the path of Hussainiyyat on their return home after participating in Arbaeen-e-Hussaini and falling victim to terrorism. He called upon the Azadaran to remain peaceful and continue Azadari programmes with courage till 8th Rabiul Awwal and give priority to Gham-e-Hussain over all other matters and avoid involving in jalao-gherao and all types of provocation because doing so would fulfill the enemy’s agenda.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that last year on the occasion of Mastung incident we had invited the government attention that passage of Parachinar, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Quetta-Taftan may be given under army monitoring to make the same peaceful and check posts may also be established but after this incident it has become clear that government had made no such arrangement. He demanded from the government to immediately arrest the culprits of the Akhtarabad By-pass incident, give them exemplary punishment, pay compensation to the bereaved families of the Shuhada and extend special facilities of treatment to the injured.

Agha Hamid Moosavi strongly condemned the firing by terrorists on police officials guarding Qasr-e-Shabbir(as)

ISLAMABAD, December 30: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has strongly condemned the firing by terrorists on police officials guarding the Imambargah Qasr-e-Shabbir in Dhoke Syedan Monday and paid homage to the police jawan who kissed Shahadat in this incident.

In a statement issued here Monday he prayed for the early recovery of the injured. He said those who guard the places of worship keeping risking their lives are the sons of this soil and the whole nation salutes them.

The TNFJ chief declared the combined security plan presented from the Federal Interior Minister as good omen without which the dream of a durable peace in the country cannot come true because the terrorist activities are increasing the day in and day out.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi demanded that a search operation may be launched in all sensitive area of Islamabad and Rawalpindi Region including Dhoke Syedan and no relaxation may be given to the miscreants. He also demanded to trace the assassins of the Shuhada-e-Police who laid down their lives at Qasr-e-Shabbir and give them exemplary punishment.

Hundreds of thousands participate in Rawalpindi chehlum procession led by Agha Moosavi; Imam Hussain (A.S.) provided protection to religion while Syed Sajjad (A.S.) and Zainab (S.A.) took Hussainiyyat to its height

RAWALPINDI, December 24: The central procession of Chehlum of Imam Hussain (A.S.) was brought out from Imambargah Ashiq Hussain Teli Mohallah, Imambargah Col. Maqbool Hussain, Imambargah Hifazat Ali Shah, Imambargah Shaheedan-e-Karbala, and Darbar Sakhi Shah Chan Chirgagh. Thousands of Azadars participated in the procession in a traditional manner and it turned out into a Jalsa after reaching Fawara Chowk. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi led the Procession. While answering questions from the media at Fawara Chowk during the Chehlum procession Agha Moosavi said that Nawasa-e-Rasool Imam Hussain (A.S.) provided protection to religion, Shariat and humanity by offering Shahadat in Karbala while Sharikatul Hussain Hazrat Zainul Abideen (A.S.) and Hazrat Zainab (S.A.) took Hussainiyyat to its height. The same memorable act of Zainab (S.A.) and Zainul Abideen (A.S.) is Azadari that is eternal protest of the oppressed against Yazidiyyat, oppression and brutality and is the basic right of the oppressed.

The TNFJ chief said whosoever will create hurdles in way of Azadari will face the Nature’s wrath and Azadari will continue unabated until the oppressed and brutality are rooted out and justice and fair-paly are restored. He said we opened our eyes in incidents. Neither our forefathers bowed down before the evil forces nor we can be forced to do it. He said we follow the saying of Maula-e-Kainaat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) that become enemies of the oppressors and help the oppressed.

Answering another question, he quoted many other incidents that took place earlier but added that he never allowed his followers to create fuss and involve in gherao-jalao despite the fact that we have the capability to do so whatever we like but we had created this motherland and those who make their motherland do not break it or put it on fire. He reiterated that after the Ashoor Day incident in Rawalpindi, one-sided action was taken. While hue and cry was raised on the burning of a mosque and a building besides it, no one bothered to mention that three mosques, seven Imambargah, Taburrakaat, Zuljinah belong to our community were also set afire by the miscreants.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi reminded that the TNFJ had earlier launched a 8-month long agitation that culminated in the Junejo-Moosavi agreement signed on May 21, 1985 accepting the Shia demands and failing the efforts of some vested interests to turn Pakistan into a sectarian State. He demanded release of all innocent persons arrested after the Raja Bazar incident and give exemplary punishment to the real culprits. In this connection, he demanded that a broad-based high level tribunal comprising judge of repute may be formed and all incidents of terrorism since the Ziaul Haq’s era to-date may be probed into.

Chehlum Shuhada-e-Karbala is a memorable day of victory of the oppressed over oppression and brutality, Arbaeen-e-Hussaini Message of Agha Hamid Moosavi

ISLAMABAD, December 23: The chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that Chehlum Shuhada-e-Karbala (Arbaeen-e-Hussaini) is the day of reviving the commitment to sacrifice life, wealth and honour for the supremacy of Islam and a memorable day of victory of the oppressed over oppression and brutality. This day is the day to pay homage to the commitment and courage of the Aseeran-e-Karbala who laid the foundation for Azadari and gave an eternal life to Hussainiyyat. Azadari Mazloom-e-Karbala is the tested prescription to give a new lease of life to ill nations and societies. The colonial powers of every era could be defeated point blank even today by following the Zainabi (S.A.) commitment and courage of Syed-e-Sajjad (A.S.). These views were expressed by him in his message on the occasion of Chehlum Shuhda-e-Karbala that is being observed on Tuesday Safar 20 throughout the country with devotion and respect.

Agha Moosavi said Muslim Ummah is observing the Arbaeen-e-Hussaini at a time when every nook and corner of the Islamic World is bleeding from colonial activities and the blood of Muslims is being shed profusely from the Iraqi soil to Afghanistan and from Kashmir to Palestine and the autonomy of the Muslim States is being challenged through Drone attacks from Yemen to Pakistan, independence of democracy is being laughed at by imposing puppet rulers from Egypt and Libya to Bahrain and disagreement has marred the Islamists, Muslims throats are being cut down through Muslims, rulers of the Islamic World are busy in begging while people are hardly hit by poverty, hunger and price hike. He said the resources of the Islamic World are being spent on lavish and luxurious lives of the rulers and to fill the lockers of the western powers. Satanic powers are hurdling the way of preaching oneness by labeling Islam of terrorism. In this era of disappointment the only way for the Muslim Ummah to emerge successful is the way of Hussain (A.S.), he said adding that the Islamic World will have to follow the path of Karbala for seeking independence in Kashmir and Palestine because it is only the Hussainiyyat that provides hope to the poor and the oppressed, great protection to Islam, is defender of Shariat-e-Mustafvi and the source of enlightenment of righteousness, spirit of freedom and independence.

The TNFJ chief said when Yazid took over the reigns of Islamic power, he promoted lie and debauchery and the existence of Islam was visibly in danger. The Christians, Zionists and Majoosis were waiting for Islam to die down. In these circumstances, the Farzand-e-Rasool Imam Hussain (A.S.) came into the fray along with his short entourage comprising his family and diehard companions to save Islam. Imam Hussain (A.S.) brought up the tree of Islam through the blood of his near and dear ones and diehard companions. He said Yazidi forces were happy in severing the head of Imam Hussain (A.S.) from his body but the inheritor of the blood of Hussain (A.S.), Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) and Hazrat Zainab Binte Ali (S.A.) thwarted their evil designs. The heart-rending khutbaat of the Aseeran-e-Karbala not only highlighted the objective of Hussainiyyat but also unveiled the fake faces of Islam covering tyranny and Malookiyyat. Today, every historian recognizes that if the survival of Islam is imbibed to Imam Husssain (A.S.) then the survival of Hussainiyyat is courtesy Aseeran-e-Karbala.

Agha Moosavi said that Imam Hussain (A.S.) gave the eternal lease of life to Islam, saved the dignity and holiness of Ka’aba, provided protection to Shariat, gave supremacy to Quran while Zainab (S.A.) and Sajjad (A.S.) give stability to Hussainiyyat. He said the Khanwada-e-Rasool (A.S.) saved the invaluable asset of Islam by sacrificing everything of theirs. Today, presence of Islamic teachings in their true essence is the proof of victory of Hussainiyyat, he added.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that it is the fruit of courage, bravery, and commitment of the Aseeran-e-Karbala that the love of Hussain (A.S.) will remain inculcated in the hearts till the Day of Judgement. Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) and Syeda Zainab (S.A.) laid the foundation of Azadari and gave an eternal life to Hussainiyyat and by doing so made it the path of survival and blessing for the oppressed and the have-nots. He said the unmatched protest in shape of Azadari is not against any country, Maslak, tribe or government rather is the best protest of the oppressed against every oppressor, liar, debaucher, colonial power by following which the arrogance of Pharaoh and Nimrah of every era could be checked and righteousness could emerge supreme. He declared his commitment that the Azadari of Imam Husssain (A.S.) inherited from the Aseeran-e-Karabal will continue till the Zahoor of Imam Mehdi (A.S.).

Agha Moosavi did not contact any party including JUI(F) in connection with the Chehlum procession; he does not feel any need for it, TNFJ

RAWALPINDI, December 23: The Central Spokesman of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan has strongly refuted the news published in Daily Express saying that chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi did not contact any political party including Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam in connection with the Chehlum procession.

The Spokesman made it clear that he has not made any contact with any religious or political party or personality because he does not feel any need for it. Therefore, the news published in Daily Express in based on a lie and is misleading. If the denial of this news was not given then we reserve our right for legal action, he added.

No one will be allowed to create any hurdle in chehlum procession, Col. (Retd) Sakhawat Kazmi

ISLAMABAD, December 22: Col. (Retd) Sakhawat Hussain Kazmi, chief of the Jafariya Action Committee while addressing an emergent press conference on Sunday said Pakistan that was jointly created by different sects of Muslims was first broke into two parts as a result of lack of justice and fair-play and then the nation was run by such rulers who gave it gifts of heroin and Kalashnikov cultures and sowed such a crop of terrorism as a result of which every part of the country is unsafe, terrorists are reigning all around and blood of the innocent is being shed so as to divert us from the Nazria-e-Asaasi. He disclosed that at present there are 63 banned groups that are carrying out terrorism wherever they like in the motherland.

Col. (Retd) Sakhawat said the Rawalpindi Ashoor Day incident is the work of such powers that had planned the attack on Azadari procession well in advance but unfortunately one-sided action is being taken and the Maktab-e-Tashayyo is wrongly being implicated in this incident. He said more than half a dozen mosques and Imambargahs were set on fire, bomb blasts was carried out in Incholi Karachi, TNFJ central leader Allama Nasir Abbas was martyred in Lahore and the government’s so-called security measures were violated through a blast in the most sensitive area of Rawalpindi Gracie Line the other day. He said now the miscreant elements were utilizing all their energy to stop the Milad-un-Nabi and Azadari processions. There is one thing to ponder over that why these elements are allergic to the processions of Nana (SAAW) and Nawasa (A.S.), he asked.

The chief of the Jafariya Action Committee said Yazidiyyat is afraid of Azadari and we would like to make it clear that the Arbaeeen and Milad-un-Nabi processions, whether they are traditional are lincenced will be brought out with honour and respect and if anyone tried to create any hurdle then the whole responsibility of any untoward incident would lay on the powers that be. He demanded that a high level Tribunal comprising renowned and impartial judges be set up and all incidents of terrorism since 1979 including Raja Bazar, Greecy Line, Incholi and Lahore incidents should be probed with honesty and the culprits may be punished accordingly. He lamented that none of the culprits of any incident was punished as a result of which terrorists are encouraged while people are shocked with a sense of deprivation, therefore, the culprits of terrorism should be given exemplary punishment.

He said the 63 banned parties are culprits of the country and the nation and noose should be tightened around them. They do not belong to any Maktab or Maslak and are only terrorists. They should be avoided to be presented before the electronic and print media. Those who spread anarchy should be dealt with an iron hand and no one of them should be given any relaxation. He accused the police of covering up their inability and arresting innocent people and pressing them to give statements of their choice using violence against them. So much so that even those people were also arrested who did not participate in the Ashoora procession. Hundreds of Matmis and Ahle Sunnat who set up Sabeels have been arrested and they should be set free forthwith.

Col. (Retd) Sakhawat said that Bengalis were victimised after the Quaid-i-Azam and everyone has seen the result. Today, the Maktab-e-Tashih, Barelvi Ahle Sunnat and non-Muslims are being victimised. Pakistan is not a Maktabi or Maslaki but Islamic State where all recognised schools of thought including non-Muslim minorities are allowed to lead their life according to their beliefs as per the Constitution, therefore, their victimization should be stopped forthwith. He said the chief of Islamic Council of Ideology has been given a three-year extension that is tantamount to bargaining and contrary to the essence of establishment of this institution. We demand that number of representatives from Maktab-e-Tashih, Ahle Sunnat, Ahle Hadees should be given the leadership of all State institutions including the Islamic Council of Ideology turn by turn and the number of their representatives from all Makatib should also be equal.

He said the “Moosavi Peace Formula” presented to the court of Chief Justice Sajjad Ali Shah for rooting out terrorism should be implemented in letter and spirit and terming any recognised school of thought as non-Muslim should be declared a cognizable offence. He said restriction should be imposed on those religious and political parties that receive foreign aid and the statements of income and expenditure should be checked. The Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya presents itself to be the first one for the purpose, he added. We would like to make it clear once again that there is no Shia, Sunni conflict in Pakistan as all Makatib are united but some foreign countries are fighting their war on the Pakistan soil which should not be termed as sectarianism, he added.

Col. (Retd) Sakhawat thanked the Ministry of Interior for giving a patience hearing to the demands of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya on every occasion and remaining in contact with TNFJ. We pray for them to may Allah give them the courage to understand the problems of the citizens of the motherland. He said he would like to make it clear that we do not interfere in the religious beliefs of others nor would allow anyone else to interfere in our beliefs. All Azadari processions including Arbaeen-e-Hussaini and Milad-e-Mustafa will continue to be brought out regularly till the Zahoor of Imam Mehdi (A.S.) and no one will be allowed to create any hurdle while providing protection to these processions is utmost responsibility of the government.

Policy to trample the Maktab-e-Tashayyo should be given up; the rulers should not force us for any big step – Hamid Moosavi writes letter to PM

ISLAMABAD, December 21: The TNFJ Chief Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that policy to trample the Maktab-e-Tashayyo should be given up and the rulers should not force us for any big step, Milad-un-Nabi is the symbol of oneness and brotherhood while Azadari-e-Mazloomin is the peaceful universal protest, the Milad-un-Nabi and Azadari processions are the display of symbolic fanfare of Nana (SAAW) and Nawasa (A.S.) and no power on earth could stop the same. No action on the part of government on Gracy Line Rawalpindi and Incholi bomb blasts in Karachi, Shahadat of Allama Nasir Abbas and putting dozens of mosques and Imambargah to fire poses a big question mark. Giving a free hand to miscreants to carry out murders, arson and bomb blasts after the Raja Bazar incident would be hazardous for the country and the nation. Government is being blackmailed by the miscreant elements while sense of deprivation in Maktab-e-Tashayyo is increasing owing to one-sided action by the government under which Shia, Barelvi Makatib and non-Muslims are being pressed which is contrary to the sayings of Allama Iqbal and Quaid-i-Azam and we would not give up our rights. We are keeping the nation aside for the welfare, honour, dignity and integrity of the nation and do not desire to let the world make fun of our motherland.

If the biased attitude was not given up then we will be forced to knock the international fora, giving the impression of sectarian tension is Pakistan is totally incorrect as there is no Sunni-Shia conflict in the country, the banned groups are fighting the war of foreign States on our soil, therefore noose should be tightened around the banned parties and government, opposition and media should announce their hatred against these groups. The Prime Minister should prove being a true Muslim Leaguer by saving the motherland from the miscreant acts of eternal opponents of creation of Pakistan. These views were expressed by him in a letter addressed to Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif.

Agha Moosavi said the cat has come out of bag from the demand of imposing ban on Milad-un-Nabi and Azadari processions after the Raja Bazar incident and it has now been proved that this incident was planned for that basic objective in mind. The rulers should open their eyes and it is the responsibility of the government to provide protection to Azadari processions that will continue till 8th Rabiul Awwal and the Milad-un-Nabi processions of the Holy Prophet (SAAW) under the May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi agreement. He said Azadari is the most effective and peaceful protest of the oppressed in every era and the world nations do not lodge their protest by keeping indoors rather they do so in Bazaars, on Shahrahs and roads.

The TNFJ chief said the gory incident on the Ashoor Day not only resulted in loss of lives and wealth but also shattered Pakistan’s reputation the world over. The miscreants followed their planning by first delivering provocative speeches and then hurling stones on the participants of the procession and then mysteriously put the market on fire while the market’s iron gate facing the procession was closed. He said whosoever have put the mosque and the Madrassah on fire deserves punishment but why no action is not being taken against putting dozens of Shia mosques and Imambargahs, adjacent houses and shops, copies of the holy Quran, Taburrakaat and Shabih-e-Zuljinah present there on fire? Why no minister reviewed the loss of these properties for reconstruction? He expressed his astonishment that the volunteers of Mukhtar Forces and Ibrahim Scouts who safely made the Azadari procession reach its destination i.e. Imambargah Qadeem with the help of Rescue 1122 volunteers have been put behind bars. The sanctity of chadar and chardivari was violated, house roofs were scaled in the darkness of nights, women were beaten and the men inmates were arrested and shifted to unknown places while police were forcing the innocent Azadars through worst violence on them to get statements of their own choice to cover up their own incapability. The Administration is also locking the Imambargahs and is teasing the organisers of Majalis and processions and thus creating hurdles in way of Azadari programmes. He said the powers that be should not forget that we had taken over the Islamabad Secretariat and carried out 8-month long agitation in the era of martial law for our rights during which more than 14,000 Shia workers, 135 Ahle Sunnat and 8 Christians had courted arrest in favour of our rights and we cannot hesitate to take any big action in future if needed.

Agha Moosavi said that after the Ashoor Day incident, the government should have controlled the fire but they added fuel to this fire which was first shifted to Karachi and then back to Punjab. First Maulana Shamsur Rehman and the TNFJ leader Allama Nasir Abbas were targeted. Suicide blast was carried out at Greecy Line Rawalpindi the other day in a most sensitive area that poses a question mark and provides food for thought over so big a security lapse. A few persons were martyred and dozens are in very bad condition in hospital but we kept our patience and did not allow anyone to engage in jalao-gherao. He reminded some incidents in the past like the Imambargah Shah-e-Najaf incident in which more than two dozen persons were martyres and the then provincial Law Minister Khalid Ranjha also participated in the funeral prayers led by him. He said if we make an announcement then the whole Rawalpindi could come to fire but we did not allow even a straw to be moved that speaks of love for peace. Similarly he led the funeral prayers of a spiritual son of TNFJ Aun Muhammad Rizvi but did not allow anyone to cause any harm. Last year more than two and half dozen Azadars were martyred during a Matmi procession on 6 Muharram at Dhoke Syedan Rawalpindi and we kept our patience. Dozens were given a bloodbath in Chakwal while on May 27, 2005, blast was carried out at the Darbar of my family elder Hazrat Bari Imam (R.A.) during my address in which more than three dozen Azadars were martyred but we did not allow anyone to disturb peace. The reason behind following this policy of patience and peace is that whole country including Islamabad is our home and no wise person puts his own home on fire. Love with motherland is stated to be the part of faith and we are defendants of this motherland. This country does not belong to any sect rather it was created in the name of Islam. We are bearing excesses for a long time.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi made a fervent appeal to the Prime Minister to stop the one-way traffic against the Shia nation in the garb of Rawalpindi incident, the noose should be tightened around banned groups and their foreign aid should be seized, media should be stopped from presenting the funny demand of putting a ban on Milad-un-Nabi and Azadari processions in the garb of incidents, the Chief Justice may set up a representative and action Commission headed by himself immediately that may probe all incidents since Zia era including the Raja Bazar incident, Greecy Line blast, murders of Maulana Shamsur Rehman and Allama Nasir Abbas because the TTP had claimed about Incholi Karachi incident that it was a revenge of the Rawalpindi incident. Those responsible for all incident, and miscreants putting mosques and Imambargahs on fire should be arrested immediately, all innocent people so far arrested should be set free. Other Shuhada and injured of the Greecy Line incident should be compensated as announced by the Shuhada of police while terming recognised schools of thought as ‘Mushrik’ and ‘Kafir’ should be declared as cognizable offence. He appealed the Prime Minister to deal the terrorists with an iron hand for God sake so as to save Pakistan and give foremost priority to restoration of law and order because the wheel of economy is jam more owing to lawlessness than energy. He assured that Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya is ready to participate in any pious work as an advanced force. Take a step ahead and the prayers of the whole nation will be with you, he concluded.

Bomb blast at Imambargah Gracy Line poses a big question mark for security institutions that proves that terrorists can target any place, Moosavi

ISLAMABAD, December 19: The Patron-in-Chief of the Shia Ulema Board Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that bomb blast at Imambargah Gracy Line poses a big question mark for security institutions that proves that terrorists can target any place, any person whenever they so like because they have already targeted the strongest institution of GHQ in Rawalpindi and even the Prime Minister. Therefore the administration of all sensitive cities including that of Rawalpindi should be handed over to the army for two-three weeks so that the internal and external enemy having no Maslak could be thwarted. This was stated by him while talking to the office-bearers of the Markazi Muharram Committee Azadari Cell of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya who called on him at the head of its convener Syed Shujaat Ali Bokhari.

Agha Moosavi said the combined enemy was targeting us not because of being Sindhi, Balochi, Pakhtun, Shia or Sunni but for being Pakistanis, therefore, all citizens are under the obligation to give up all types of hatred and enmity and make it clear on the world that targeting us is tantamount to targeting Pakistan. He made it clear that issue of terrorism will not be resolved through resolutions, codes of conduct, conferences, sit-ins, and strikes but by promoting unity from within. He said Anbia-e-Karaam were given the commandment for Basharat and Nazarat that is why the Holy Prophet (SAAW) did not put his hand to anyone till 53 years but when he was attacked after migration to Madinah then he defended Islam through 104 wars but he never ever committed aggression and did not become the first to attack rather all wars were fought in defence of Islam. But today, he added, aggression is being imposed on us defence of which is obligatory because they are not sparing even Imambargahs, educational institutions, temples, mosques, churches, markets, airbases.

The TNFJ chief called upon the government to tighten noose around the banned 63 groups for the sake of God. He also requested the media to adopt a positive policy if they love Islam and Pakistan because if this country exist, we exist otherwise there would remain nothing and it would be useless for us to live. He paid tributes to all Makatib for displaying practical unity and brotherhood despite loss of 50-60 thousand lives and material loss of billions of rupees in incidents of terrorism going on for the last three decades proving that no power on earth could create rift amongst us. He said critical times come for nations but those nations that display patience and firmness are called live nations therefore, he added, we also have to prove that we are the live nation of Pakistan and have been created for its survival. There is death for our enemy, our forefather are alive even after they died that is why their pious lives are beacon of light for us. He said we provide witness that our Rahbars are alive by giving five-time prayer calls and provide witness that Muhammad (SAAW) was not rather is the Rasool forever. Similarly, Hussain (A.S.) is forever like the Rasool (SAAW). He said that Muhammadiyyat (SAAW) and Hussainiyyat (A.S.) is the name of permanent thinking confronting with Nimrodiyyat, Fironiyyat and Yadiziyyat that will continue till rooting out oppression and brutality by Imam Mehdi (A.S.) after his appearance with fluttering the flag of justice.

Agha Moosavi expressing his views on the decisions taken by the National Security Committee said even wars end on a dialogue therefore option for a dialogue with extremists is right but there should be limits for this option. He said we have earlier said that dialogue should be held even if the extremists do not accept the constitution while relations should be developed with the neighbours on the basis of equality. He said relations with India could not be strengthened till the Kashmir issue is resolved in accordance with the United Nations resolutions keeping to the desires of the Kashmiris. He said security on the country’s frontiers should be tightened because if the frontiers are strengthened then the internal situation can also be controlled.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya demanded targeted operation in the sensitive Punjab areas on the pattern of Karachi so as to restore law and order in which Federal Capital Islamabad and Rawalpindi Region should be given priority. He demanded that a broad-based tribunal may be set up to probe all incidents of terrorism including the target killing of Allama Nasir Abbas and Imambargah Greecy Line incident. Judges of reputes should be included in this tribunal to fulfill the norms of justice, he added. He reminded all satanic forces and their agents that we had achieved this country in the name of Islam and we can sacrifice everything for the pious targets of Paighambar-e-Islam (SAAW), Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.) and pious Sahaba Kubaar but would not let anybody cause harm to it. We can be sent to gallows but will continue giving priority to the Milad-e-Mustafa and Aza of Mazloom-e-Karbala on everything, he added. He said Milad-un-Nabi enlightens Islam while Azadari is the eternal platform to unveil Yazidiyyat, besides it is our Quranic and basic right.

Allama Nasir Abbas was a part of my soul, We amalgamate the mourning of Nasir Shaheed into Gham-e-Hussain(as), Agha Hamid Moosavi

ISLAMABAD, December 16: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board and Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has termed the gory murder of central leader of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Allama Nasir Abbas of Multan in Lahore as the murder of Islam and Pakistan. He said we amalgamate the mourning of this Shaheed into Gham-e-Hussain because there is no big incident than Karbala and no bigger protest than Azadari. He advised the Azdaran to remain peaceful and avoid jalao-gherao and thwart the conspiracy of enemies of Islam and Pakistan and keep Azadari supreme over all other matters.

In a statement issued from the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashih, he said we can sacrifice all sons for the pious targets of ‘Nana’ Holy Prophet (SAAW) and ‘Nawasa’ Hussain (A.S.) but would never allow anyone to cause harm to Milad-e-Mustafa (SAAW), Azadari Syed-us-Shuhada (A.S.) and the motherland. He said the enemy desires to snatch Azadari, Milad-un-Nabi processions and Pakistan from us but we would like to make it clear on the satanic forces and their agents that even if we all are killed even then we would not allow anyone to stop Azadari Imam-e-Mazloom (A.S.) and the motherland.

The TNFJ chief said Allama Nasir Abbas was a part of my soul but I would not let the belief and the motherland being cut into pieces. He appealed all followers of Nabi (SAAW) and Ali (A.S.) to remain firm and peaceful and observe only the mourning of Mazloom-e-Karbala (A.S.) till 8th Rabiul Awwal. The mourning of Allama Nasir Abbas Shaheed will be announced after the conclusion of Ayyam-e-Aza, he added.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the Punjab Government has failed in providing security and they have gathered such advisers around them who are leading them on the wrong path. He made it clear that the processions of Chehlum (Arbaeen-e-Hussaini) of Shuhada-e-Karbala including that of Rawalpindi will be brought out with honour and respect on their original routes throughout the country and no one should remained in any doubt about it. Anyone who would change the route would not be from the Azadars and would be considered the culprit of the Khatoon-e-Jannat (S.A.), he added. He said the citizens of Pakistan would prove through their words and deeds that we are one and pious and would thwart every conspiracy of the internal and external enemy. He asked the government that why they have given an open hand to more than 63 banned groups? He said a government that cannot provide protection to its people has no right to rule over them.

The government should summon the Bangladeshi high commissioner to the Foreign Office to protest against the hanging of Bangladesh’s religious leader Abdul Qadir Mullah – Hamid Moosavi

ISLAMABAD, December 13: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board and Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has strongly condemned the hanging of Bangladesh’s religious leader Abdul Qadir Mullah and called upon the government to summon the Bangladeshi high commissioner to the Foreign Office and lodge a strong protest against it while this issue may also be raised at all international organisations including the United Nations.

Agha Moosavi said hanging of Qadir Mullah is a slap in the face of those who received gifts after going to Bangladesh. He said the Fatwa issued by Saudi Mufti-e-Azam Shaikh Abdel Aziz against suicide attacks is correct and a good omen but why it was so delayed? Suicide is illegal (Haram) on which all recognised schools of thought agree. Drone attacks are attack on the country’s integrity but these will not stop only with adopting resolutions, sit-ins, rallies and strikes rather there is need to adopt a combined strategy by taking the whole nation into confidence. The powers that be and the Administration should keep in mind that we are under the oath to continue the processions of Nana (SAAW) and Nawasa (A.S.) till the Zahoor-e-Mehdi (A.S.) and in this connection we are ready to offer any sacrifice how big it would be. We consider death very invaluable and give Azadari utmost importance over all other things. We should not be teased as in it lay the betterment of the nation and the country. He warned the police to give up exercising one-way action and stop arresting innocent Azadaran and Matmis and violating the dignity of chadar and chardivari by stopping atrocious attitude. These views were expressed by him while addressing the office-bearers of the Supreme Shia Ulema Board and other Ulema here Friday.

Agha Moosavi declared that our gentlemanliness should not be considered as our weakness because we keep the survival of the motherland, protection of the people, and supremacy of Islam dear to us. He called upon the Ulema-e-Karam to preach for Ma’aroofaat and against Munkiraat in a positive manner. He made it clear that we are not tools of any lobby or satanic power rather we are servants of Allah, Rasool (SAAW), Aal-e-Athaar (A.S.), Sahaba Kubaar (R.A.), motherland and the people. We can be cut into pieces but would never allow anyone to cause harm to the religion and the motherland because love of the motherland is a part of our faith, he added.

The TNFJ chief lamented that someone is being killed for love with Pakistan and Islam and others for being Sunni or Shia while rulers are busy in ruling the country as they keep their own interest supreme instead of their country and the people. They only strive to keep their chair intact, he added. He said those who committed treachery against Pakistan should have been hanged instead of Qadir Mullah but all this happened owing to slackness of politicians and rulers. He said those Bangladeshis who have offered sacrifices for Pakistan have net even been give citizenship. He reminded that it was Mian Nawaz Sharif who had raised voice for them first but there is need to raise this issue on international fora. He said we are enemies of the oppressors and friends of the oppressed. Therefore we strongly condemn foreign interference in all Muslim States including Bangladesh, Myanmar, Bahrain, Syria, Kashmir and Palestine.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said we have opened our eyes in incidents and did not bother for anything like our forefathers, therefore, we know how to perform in rain, winds, tycoons, floods, earthquakes and any other such situation. He said no power on earth could stop the processions of Milad-e-Mustafa (SAAW) and Azadari Syed-us-Shuhada (A.S.) which is the source of highlighting the campaigns of the oppressed world and their pious goals. He said these processions have given the freedom fighters of Kashmir and Palestine to stand against the evil forces.

ISLAMABAD, December 11: The Youm-e-Noor in connection with the Warood-e-Masood of Hazrat Imam Musa Bin Jafar (A.S.) was observed with religious spirit, devotion and respect on the directive of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. Ulema, Waizeen and Zakireen highlighted the Asswah of Imam-VII in detail and declared the practical following of the same as the best source of success here and the Hereafter.

Syed Shujaat Ali Bokhari, Additional Secretary General, Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan while addressing the Majlis-e-Noor at Al-Murtaza here Wednesday has strongly condemned the tragic incidents of firing, jalao-gherao in Liaquat Bazar, Meezan Chowk and other areas in Quetta Wednesday and declared it the condemnable activity of anti-State elements. He demanded from the government to give exemplary punishment to the banned elements responsible for miscreant activities and lawlessness and ensure law and order situation. He said in this universe it was the Noor-e-Mustafvi that was created first of all and there is a saying of the Khatmi Martabat (SAAW) that “I and Ali are from the same Noor” and as the Baidam has said the Punjtan Pak are the essence of the universe and are the Hadis and Rahbars of the universe.

He said from amongst these Anwaar-e-Quddia is Hazrat Imam Musa Bin Jafar (A.S.) who bore a lot of problems and difficulties for the supremacy of the Parcham-e-Islam but did not bargain on the supremacy of Hussainiyyat that guarantees survival of religion and Shariat. He said Azadari is the name of promoting Hussainiyyat and the eternal and universal protest against oppression and brutality. He said the rulers should keep in mind that if anyone tried to create hurdles in Milad-un-Nabi and Azadari then as per saying of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi we can bear our murder but would never let these pious processions stopped. He said this protest is not against any personality rather against that Ableesi thought that unveils in the shape of Pharaoh, Nimrah and Yazidi shapes and that can only be condemned through Hussainiyyat. Therefore, we would have to adopt the path of Hussainiyyat that is the path of peace to thwart the Ableesi conspiracies, he added.

The TNFJ Additional Secretary General called upon the Azadaran to organise Azadari programmes peacefully and with more courage and unison than before and do not lend their ears to rumours. He said the policy of the Markaz of the Maktab-e-Tashih is Azadari or death in which lay the key to eternal life and in which also lay the protection and defence of Shariat and dignity of the mankind.

Maulana Shahzad Sundi addressing the Majlis-e-Noor at Ali Hall under the auspices of Hayyat Tulaba-e-Islamia Pakistan said the elderly personalities performed exemplary deeds for achieving the pious targets and gave utmost dignity to Shahadat. Maula-e-Kainaat Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) is top of that list and Hasnain (A.S.) also performed their duty amicably.

Police violating the dignity of chadar and chardivari in Rawalpindi

ISLAMABAD, December 10: Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate, Secretary General, Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan has strongly condemned the one-sided action against the Maktab-e-Tashayyo in connection with the Rawalpindi incident and demanded strict action against the biased officers of the Rawalpindi Administration. In a statement issued from the Maktab-e-Tashih he announced to observe Youm-e-Noor on Wednesday (7 Safar) in connection with the Warood-e-Masood of Hazrat Imam Musa Bin Jafar (A.S.) on the special directive of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi.

Syed Mazhar Shah was acutely furious that on the directive of biased officers of the local police and secret agencies all those Matmi Azadars participating in the Youm-e-Ashoor procession, licence holders of Taburrakaat, volunteer scouts who take the procession along in the presence of police and take it to its destination peacefully were arrested in the darkness of night violating the dignity of chadar and chardivari, beating the resisting women and shifted to unknown places. They declared them arrested after passage of many weeks and are being subjected to violence so as to give statement of their own choice while fake cases are being filed against them. Such minor children are also included in them who were not even present in the central procession of Youm-e-Ashoor.

He warned the government against arresting these innocent people saying that if this act of pushing the Maktab-e-Tashih against wall was not stopped then they can give a big call in reaction and in that case the whole responsibility would lay on the government while announcement could also be made to stop the processions of Chehlum of Shuhada-e-Karbala as a protest. He said that Commissioner, CPO and the whole Administration team appointed in Rawalpindi after the incident have been deputed to please a particular party while our gentlemanliness is being taken as a weakness.

The Secretary General TNFJ Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate also strongly condemned arrest of innocent Azadaran, desecration of Taburrakaat, fake cases against Azadaran and organisers of Majalis in Multan, Chishtian, Bahawalnagar, Jhang, Kohat and other places after the Rawalpindi incident and demanded of the government to release all innocent so arrested by fulfilling the norms of justice and fair-play. He said providing foolproof protection to Majalis and processions of Chehlum of Shuhada-e-Karbala throughout the country is the responsibility of the government.

Meanwhile, arrangements for the programmes of Majalis-e-Anwaar to be held all over the country have been given a final shape. Syed Haider Karrar Mashadi has been nominated as convener and Dr. S.M. Rizvi as central secretary in this connection.

TNFJ demands government to sack those officers who twisted the realities, presented the innocent people as culprits in Rawalpindi incident

ISLAMABAD, December 08: Syed Shujaat Ali Bokhari, Convener of Markazi Muharram Committee Azadari Cell of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan has demanded from the government to immediately sack those officers who twisted the realities, presented the innocent people as culprits, and demanded grafts from the prisoners and the norms of justice and fair-play should be fulfilled viz. Rawalpindi incident.

Addressing an emergent meeting in the Central Control Room he said there is lack of coordination between different sections of the administration as a result of which problems are further increasing instead of being resolved. He expressed grave concern over friendly relationship among the government, administration and some media anchors with the banned groups and condemned giving an open hand to the banned elements to destruct law and order.

Shujaat Bokhari said that our gentlemanliness and peace-loving policy should not be considered a weakness and the rulers should keep in mind that Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya is the only representative body of the Maktab-e-Tashih that had launched 8-month long agitation for the protection of Azadari and Milad-un-Nabi processions in the worst era of Martial Law during which even the Christians had also courted arrest. He said we would not hesitate taking any big step and offering any sacrifice for the protection of our rights and for the integrity of Pakistan.

The Convener of the Muharram Committee Azadari Cell Syed Shujaat Bokhari reiterated his resolve that Azadari and Milad-un-Nabi processions will be taken out with complete dignity in accordance with the announcement of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi and every conspiracy of the combined enemy will be thwarted through the practical display of Sunni-Shia brotherhood, unity and mutual understanding.

Col. (Retd) Sakhawat Hussain Kazmi, head of the Jafariya Action Committee and the Legal Aid Committee for the Aseeran-e-Ashoora also apprised the meeting about the current situation. Some important decisions were also taken on the occasion.

We neither tried to impose our belief others nor we will allow others to impose their beliefs on us, Moosavi

ISLAMABAD, December 07: The Patron-in-Chief of Shia Ulema Board, Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has made it clear that we have neither tried to impose our belief on anyone nor we will allow anyone to impose their beliefs on us. We are well aware of our fiqh, ideologies and Islamic commandments, and everyone should keep in mind that neither our forefathers accepted any restriction on Milad-e-Mustafa and Azadari Syed-us-Shuhada nor we will do the same because there is a saying of the Rasool (SAAW) that Hussain (A.S.) is from me and me from Hussain (A.S.), Hussainiyyat provided protection to humanity and Shariat and it is commensurate with Azadari. This was stated by him while addressing the office-bearers of Central Muharram Committee Azadari Cell of Tehreek Nafaze Fiqh-e-Jafariya and Jafariya Action Committee.

Agha Moosavi said that the preachers of religion and Shariat should be thankful to Nawasa-e-Rasool (A.S.). He said Azadari-e-Imam Mazloom is not against any person rather is an eternal and universal protest against Pharaohs and Yazids of every era which will continue till the flag of justice and fair-play flutters all over the world. He said those who create differences in Muslim States particularly amongst the residents of Pakistan and recognised schools of thought are colonial agents while all Muslims are like a single body under المسلم اخ المسلم and the whole body is disturbed if any part of it is hit. He said if we are brethren amongst ourselves then we should keep this Hadees-e-Rasool in mind that faith of no one would be complete unless he likes the same for his brother that he likes for himself. He asked all Shia, Sunni, Barelvi, Ahle Hadees, Deobandi people that whether we like murder, arson, oppression and injustice for ourselves? If no, then we should also adopt the same trend about others.

He said we respect all fiqhs from the core of our heart, therefore they all will have to respect the Maktab-e-Tashih.

The TNFJ chief said at present we are confronted with satanic forces that desire to achieve their particular interests and exercise control by fanning controversial issues amongst fiqhs and Masalik, therefore, being the true followers of Islam we will have to resolve and not to interfere in each other’s beliefs so as to thwart the conspiracies of enemies of religion and motherland. He said all Makatib enjoy the right to preach their beliefs in a positive manner and express their hatred against those elements who commit negative activities. He suggested that those groups that have been banned several times officially should get themselves cleared from courts otherwise the government should tighten noose around them. He said we are saying from the beginning that a broad-based tribunal under the head of Chief Justice should be formed to probe all incidents of terrorism since 1977. Active and representative judges should be included in this tribunal to find out the reasons behind acts of terrorism and terrorists should be dealt with strictly. He called upon the government, opposition, representative organisations and institutions of Makatib to express hatred against those banned groups at every stage who used the name of Makatib.

Agha Moosavi expressed concern that damages of a mosque and madrassah and that of traders are being shown by the media in connection with the Rawalpindi incident but the media is giving the proof of their enmity by not mentioning that Masjid and Imambargah Imambargah Qadeem Mohallah Imambara, Imambargah Hifazat Ali Shah Bohar Bazar, Masjid Shah-e-Najaf and Imambargah Shaheedan-e-Karbala Tyre Bazar, Imambargah Chittian Hattian, Imambargah Col. Maqbool Hussain, Imambargah Qasr Al-Hasnain Bangash Colony were attacked and put on fire during curfew where copies of Quran, Shabihs of Alam and Tazia, holy names of Rasool (SAAW) and Ahle Bait (A.S.) were set ablze and Shabih-e-Zuljinah was set on fire alive while other mosques and Imambargahs were also partially damaged. We ask the Federal Interior Minister and the Chief Minister Punjab who were those people they made happy by not visiting these mosques and Imambargahs and by not consoling with the organisers there?

The TNFJ chief asked are Fiqh-e-Hanfia and Fiqh-e-Jafariya not two big powers. Are these both not the arms of Islam? Was not Allama Iqbal a Hanafi and Quaid-i-Azam a Jafri? Have not these two fiqhs voted Muslim League to power? The double standards of the rulers are not politics rather hypocrisy, he added. He expressed shock on totally ignoring the programmes of Ashra Shaheeda-e-Zindaan by the media and said this policy is the source of strength for the enemy. He declared that the chain of Majalis and Matmi processions in connection with the Chehlum of Shuhada-e-Karbala (Arbaeen-e-Hussaini) will continue till 8th Rabiul Awwal and it is the responsibility of the government to provide protection to these programmes. In case of any mismanagement, the whole responsibility would lay on the government, he added.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi reiterated that there is no Maktabi conflict in the motherland and neither they will allow such thing to happen. We share our griefs and happiness, consider attack on anyone as an attack on ourselves and will never allow any conspiracy of the enemy to succeed. He said we do not add fuel to the fire rather we apply balm on injuries and confront every evil with good and every oppressive act with justice and fair-play, never allowed desires to overcome our personal interests rather always adopted and followed the commandments of Allah and the seerat of Rasool (SAAW), Aal-e-Athaar (A.S.) and pious Sahaba Kubaar (R.A.). We belong to those who follow the path of good and who avoid Munkiraat and practise Ma’aroofaat, he concluded.
